Cozy Nest

My friend got around 10 bedbugs bites. They gave him 20 euros compensation, but he spent more in the farmacy for anti itch ointment. Bedbugs is a big problem because one can bring them home.

The bed had bed bugs. Images attached below. It was disgusting. Also the its not a room. Its a corridor with rooms separated by curtain. It was stinking. Bathrooms were dirty

This was honestly the worst stay of my life. The hostel was extremely dirty, with unclean rooms, unpleasant smells, and bathrooms that were clearly not maintained. In addition, bed bugs were everywhere, on the beds and even on the walls, to a disgusting extent that made the stay completely unbearable. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic standards made the stay very disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

BED BUGS It was the worst hostel experience I've ever had. Starting from very unpleasent welcome by the host, bedsheets in my room seemed used (I requested the change), dirty common spaces, especially bathroom. Overall vibe felt very weired and while waiting for my sheets to be changed I checked google reviews.,.which warned about bed bugs. When I asked the man who was checking me is, I was told that problem was generally solved and never appeared in my room. It was late and I had to spend a night, but woke up in the midle of the night to find a bed bug in my bed!! Left this horrendous place first thing in the morning, the host refunded my money but was acting very rude.

Não gostei da minha estadia. Os banheiros estavam sujos, as roupas de cama estavam com mau cheiro e, para piorar, havia percevejos (bed bugs) no quarto. A experiência foi extremamente desagradável e muito abaixo do esperado.

A infestação de percevejos. Quarto sem aquecimento com um cobertor finíssimo. Cama barulhenta. Ninguém respeita horas de sono. Toalhas de péssima qualidade. Roubavam a minha comida do frigorífico. Panelas em mau estado. Frigorifico mal cheiroso. Casa de banho pouco limpa.

Absolutely a nightmare. I cant speak for the other rooms but if you get assigned room number 4....its in the basement, I cant describe the feeling of disgust when I got there...the beds, the sheets, the toilets...but above that THE BED BUGS! this place is a real nightmare. I think smth died in the fridge as well as I couldnt breath for a while every single time when it got opened...pfff i have been travelling to so many places and have seen a lot of hostels but this one might be on top of the worst I have seen so far

Probably bedbugs

This was the WORST hostel I’ve EVER been to! The most disgusting and misrepresented. It’s not a 4 person dormitory—it’s 12—separated by some flimsy curtains. Everything smelled foul because you’re trapped in a literal basement. My bed was damp because the sheets weren’t even properly dried. Someone also opened my curtain as I slept and left it open!? Sooo mad about that!! Unsafe for women. When I went to leave, the guy didn’t even ask how the stay was. Zero customer service. DON’T STAY HERE!! It’s a scam—the photos are nothing like the dystopian ghetto that you get. Oh, and clearly someone lives there with all their stuff everywhere!! There’s no place to put anything. I slept with all my things near me because I was worried I’d get robbed! I didn’t even open my bag. Ultimate cherry on top: I had bedbug bites on my hand when I woke up! Please don’t give these people your $

Wir sind im unteren Geschoss untergekommen. Es gab keine Türen, nur Vorhänge. 2 Betten standen einfach im Gang. Außerdem gab es keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen zu verstauen. Überall lagen Sachen auf dem Boden. Darunter auch Zigaretten und Müll. Regeln gab es auch nicht. Im Bett unter mir hat ein Mann bis um 4 Nachts geraucht. Ein weiterer Gast hat sehr laut geschnarcht und die ganze Nacht einen Ventilator laufen gehabt. Ich habe nicht schlafen können. Die Klimaanlage läuft auch die ganze Nacht und ist so laut, dass man sie trotz Ohrenstöpseln hört. Zudem bin ich mit haufen roter Flecken aufgewacht. Prüft auf Bettwanzen bevor ihr schlafen geht. Im Gemeinschaftsraum war es nicht besser. Die Tür zum Balkon wurde nicht geschlossen weshalb der ganze Zigarettenrauch in den Raum flog. Auch draußen liegen überall Zigarettenstummel herum. Die Küche war passabel, aber das Personal hat teils auch abgespülte Teller nass wieder in den schrank gelegt. Es gibt keine Nachtruhe und bis früh in den Morgen hört man Leute im Gemeinschaftsraum die dann mitten in der Nacht immer wieder ins Zimmer kommen und wieder raus gehen.

The facilities look nice but the bed sheets need to be REPLACED, OR THOROUGHLY WASHED. I woke up with several bed bug bites and couldn't sleep much. The wounds from the bed bugs have worsened over the days and I am regretting the day I booked this hostel for one night. I have been reading the bed bug problems from other customers and apparently the owners have not solved the issue at all.

Le lit très salé avec des crote de punaise de lit. En dessous du lit il y avait pleins de poussière avec des déchets plastiques est des morceaux de Sopalin... La chambre sentait très mauvais , la salle de bain sentait le caca ( une moin que l'autre) il y a que la cuisine qui allait un peut près...

The beds were never cleaned. The bathroom was never cleaned, and there were bed bags everywhere I had to deodorize the whole bed, weight of disinfectant to be prepared for the bed bugs. Also, there was a Brazilian guy living there that was talking the whole time and he was naked almost everywhere so it was not comfortable for me and for others.

There were bed bugs in the mixed dormitory

The beds were made because they are never changed. To make it worse they have bed bugs and I didn't read previous reviews where many people mentioned that. I am now massively struggling with the bites all over my body. Also in the morning when I went to shower and I smelled my towel I almost threw up. It smelled like sweat. Not something what was drying for too long etc, no. They gave me towel that was already used. Also the curtains were not there to assure privacy but to allow more beds on small space tho that didn't disturb me that much

Punaises de lit 😭😭😭😭😭

There were bed bugs, when I requested another bed for the following night, it also had bed bugs. The staff didn't seem that concerned.

Tuve la mala suerte de que en mi cama había bedbugs. Yo se que puede llegar a suceder en los hostels. Me cambiaron de habitación sin problema pero la verdad que la primer noche no pude dormir porque pase todo picado y el que parecía ser el dueño no me ofreció una compensación en ningún momento y creo que debería haberlo hecho. Además no me gustó su destrato con los huéspedes. Tiene una actitud ruda y maleducada.

My roommate was complaining about bedbugs biting her. I found out this after two nights of my stay and was worried to stay for the last night but couldn’t do anything. Our beds were really close so I was lucky to avoid getting bitten too. The stuff changed a bed for that person but didn’t warn me about anything.
