Holiday Phangan

It was pretty much the only option we had to sleep due the full moon party. Two nights was about 60 USD, it’s understandable that because the high demand it can be more expensive but anyways it’s not worth the money

Pero dormi bien a pesar de todo. Ko pangam es una isla que no vale la pena ir. Ni pot la celebracion de la luna llena. Si no alquilas moto No puedes moverte los taxis son carisimos. Dificil acceso a lad playas. Porque muchas estan cerradas por la i frarstructura inmobiliaria.

We booked a private double bed room and toilet and shower was not cleaned properly. Furthermore the electricity of our room completely went off during our second day which limited us in not having air conditioning, light, etc for the whole night. Staff was available to give us an electrical socket from another room and a fan to limit the unease. Value for money is largely insufficient compared to other hostel I have been.

It’s the worst hostel I have ever been in - it’s super loud at night because it’s right next to a bar and they do karaoke until 2am. It felt super unclean, it smelled bad in the bathroom and shower. No common area. Even when you have a key, the door is unlocked so theoretically everyone could walk in. I wouldn’t stay there again even if I had too.

Booked a 4 dorm female only room, but when we arrived there was a man in our room. And we got no compensation for it. Overpriced for what you get, which is not much. But the room was clean, even though the toilet was filthy…

I think thar was the worst hostel I have ever seen so far, and it is quite expensive for what they offer. Sanitary facilities were not nice, I felt like I was the only guest and it was super loud until midnight as it is above a bar, were everyone can just get into the hostel, no door between. But the location is nice when you need to catch an early ferry!

In general the hostel is ok! The problem I had with it is that it was heavily overprized because of full moon. But not just that, they gave us an option for pre drinks before full moon whoch was way too expensive and then they closed the bar early. The bed and bathroom could have been cleaner. If there is any way you can book early for full moon I would look for sth else. Also there was not a lot going on with the people there.

No one ever at the "lobby". They didnt clean the bathrooms the entire 3 nights we stayed, garbage full from night one. Anyone can enter the building, there is no door. 7/11 close by and beds very confy but only two good point about that place. Also 4 mins walk from the pier. Overall experience, i wouldnt recommend at all.

Way to loud nice owner but music until 2-3 am every night

Blankets were not being washed and the bedsheets were stained. It is loud inside the room as I was staying in a room above the Bar. Was one of the cheapest beds you could get in town though.

For the money you pay it’s totally fine. Depends what your standards are but I think for a few nights it’s okay. Toilets and rooms are clean, showers a bit dirty. During the night it can get very loud since you’re staying above the bars but if you have a good sleep it’s fine. Aircon worked good. I still recommend booking another hostel if you want to see more of the island and meet people. But it’s good to stay near the pier

We stayed for one night, and it was enough. No vibe at all, beds confortable but there are no curtains… however there is a small locker in the room. The staff was nice, however never present. it’s good if you just need a cheap place to sleep.

Great place! Right next to the pier. It is noisy but that should be expected as we went for the full moon party. Night market is just around the corner too! Staff was nice and helpful and the room was pleasantly clean with a balcony too

first off - no one was at the desk until evening so just had to leave our bags and hope no one would steal them. When we finally did check in, we got given a key that is completely useless as none of the doors locked. There’s no lockers and the aircon shut off during the day. The curtain let all the light in and the bar downstairs means you can hear music until 11/12pm. me and my friend fell on the stairs as there was leaks and they were extremely dangerous. Close to the pier, clean, good bed, good facility, kind staffs. But it is located upstair of bar, so it is not easy to fall a sleep. But i liked and enjoyed this Hostel!

Hostel dans une rue mouvementée, avec des marchés nocturnes et une petite plage à proximité ! Cependant … La propreté est à revoir : je suis arrivée dans mon lit et ai trouvé des chewing-gum ne datant pas d’hier sur ma prise, les draps n’étaient pas super clean, la serviette bien trouée, la couverture petite et qui gratte (et pourtant je ne suis pas compliquée j ai l’habitude des hostels). gross. dirty. said it was a male dorm. on arrival they said they don't have gendered dorms. no security. so loud from the bars. literally no door to get in at night and no security. then a rubbish push button lock on your door that fails. no lockers! the whole place is boiling hot. the beds are comfy enough and the air con in the rooms is good but very noisy/rattly. do not stay here.

was a good place for transfer. if i had not already bought my ferry ticket id have stayed another night or 2 because it was chill. right down the block from the best smoking garden i saw on the island

Sehr Schlichte einrichtung ( keine vorhänge ), toilette und duschen werden von den gästen der dazu gehörigen bar mit benutzt.

We stayed for 1 night before our early ferry and it was perfect for that. Pro: Beds and room comfy and clean. Location is great with a market with cheap food few steps away. We did not have an issue with noise after 11pm which is the usual for a hostel. Con: Toilets functional (2nd floor)but there’s holes on the wall for ventilation right next to it which looks into an alley with ppl. Door on balcony did not lock. Security lockers were mediocre. Very far from all the events (my own fault for not checking the map), no curtains on the beds or lights on the beds. Showers were barely functional.
