Everything. It was dirty, they had bed bugs, I have to burn all of my clothes because everything is infected. I want my money back. All my back is full of bites. The worst experience of my life!

The room was dirty bed sheets where dirty and they had bed bugs

Unfortunately, our room was also disappointing. The bed sheets contained hair and dust, giving the impression that they had not been changed between guests. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the walls were damaged and peeling. The following day we met another couple who were struggling to access the building because of the entry code system. While helping them, they told us that their original reservation had also been cancelled that same morning and that they had been forced to rebook at a significantly higher price. My recommendation is simple: before booking this property, read the most recent reviews on both Booking.com and Google very carefully and decide whether you are comfortable taking the risk of having a similar experience. Personally, I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. In conclusion, we are still waiting for a reply from booking.com and a solution to this scam as the report has been made one week ago more or less. For now, they (booking.com) just offered us 20€ discount in future bookings to sympathize with the problem but we find it even more pathetic. We just got scammed 370€ for no reason when the booking was 97€. They cancelled us to take advantage of the money. Such a disgrace for this company (booking) to cooperate with these kind of venues.

По факту — жуткая антисанитария, в комнатах грязно, будто никогда не убирали. Полотенец нет вообще. На обращение в поддержку хостела нам ответили хамством в грубой форме: заявили, что полотенца нужно было брать с собой. Самое ужасное — в хостеле есть кусающие насекомые (постельные клопы). Всё тело искусано и чешется. Это опасно для здоровья! Warning! Complete scam, dirt, rude staff, and bedbugs!The photos on Booking.com do not match reality at all. The pictures show a clean place with towels. In reality, it is extremely dirty and unhygienic, as if it is never cleaned. There were no towels provided. When we contacted the hostel support, we received a very rude response, claiming we should have brought our own towels. Worst of all, there are biting insects (bedbugs) in the hostel. Our bodies are covered in bites and itching badly. This place is a hazard to health! Do not stay here.

Bed Bugs in my bad 🤮🤢 over 20 or even 40 pieces. Stairs are insane, why is this not mentioning anywhere. Don’t book this property if you have 20kg luggage, nobody will help you. No air conditioning

After my stay, I woke up with multiple bites all over my body, strongly indicating the presence of bed bugs. I have photographic evidence. Due to health concerns, I had to leave the property immediately and book alternative accommodation. The case has been reported to Booking.com. I do not recommend this place. Po pobycie obudziłem się z licznymi ugryzieniami na całym ciele, co bardzo mocno wskazuje na obecność pluskiew. Posiadam dokumentację zdjęciową. Z powodu zagrożenia zdrowia musiałem natychmiast opuścić obiekt i zarezerwować inne miejsce noclegowe. Sprawa została zgłoszona do Booking.com. Nie polecam.

The property is full disaster. I haven’t see something like this before and I think Booking should be shamed for listing something so dodgy and in low condition. There are bed bugs. I didn’t read in details previous opinions as I’ve always renting with Booking and despite sometimes inconveniences never come across place like this. Bed bugs are the smallest problem. There is no reception, any security system, no monitoring. No one is checking the identity of guests. At night some dodgy people started to come. They spoke very aloud by the phone, vulgar and aggressive. They sound like pimps and hookers. In some point one of them started to knock to every room where the light was switched on to “borrow the towel” as he didn’t get one. I switched off the light fully stressed as I was solo. No one to ask for help. The next day on the morning the bathroom was demolished as they were looking for the towels. At night loud fights and crying of ladies from that rooms. Afterwards, loud sex noises. On the evening next day I couldn’t get into property as doors were shuttered. Some other lady called the property and she heard vulgar answers as the service person “won’t come now”. The lady was already waiting hour, temperature was -4 that day and getting colder. In some point someone just went out that’s how we get to the building. I threw many clothes after that stay being afraid to bring bed bugs to my house. Horrible and dangerous place.

The bed sheets has got stain on and I didn't get a towel I usually get a towel. I found a bed bug which I didn't sleep that much at all thinking about this

There are bed bugs in room 15 iv never felt terrible i ended up undoing my hair because they did bite on my face and head. I left with a swollen face and had sleepless night. The bathroom smell awfully

Hello, We stayed at Hoza apartments and rooms, and there were bedbugs in our room (photos attached). They were even coming from the ventilation. This is unsanitary and a threat to the health of guests. At night we had nowhere else to go, so we were forced to stay, but we could not sleep at all because of the insects. As a result, we did not rest and I became sick. We kindly ask for a refund, as the service we paid for was not provided. Please see attached photos taken during our stay. we demand moral compensation, our whole body is itchy

The rooms are located on the second floor, although the owner said that they were on the first floor. No elevator, steep stairs. We had to carry 23 kg suitcases upstairs. One toilet/bathroom for 4 rooms. Dirty, old furniture. The door to the room, although it has a password, is very bad, when you close it, there is still a gap. Bad dirty beds. And the worst thing is the bed bugs that were in my bed and bit me. As a result, I did not sleep all night. I really regretted this accommodation.

My room had bedbugs. I had reserved a three nights stay, but left on the first night when i realized the bed had bedbugs. Booking was able to give me 1/3 of my money back, but Hoża Apartments refused to take accountability. I haven’t received any money back from that place, even tho nobody slept there. I’m deeply disappointed. Also the walls were thin as paper so you heard everything and everyone around you. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend this place.

Había chinches por toda la cama. Tuvimos que dejar la habitación en mitad de la noche cuando nos dimos cuenta.

Dirty linens, old bed, stinky pillows, lights don't work in the room and the cherry on the cake is bed bugs in the bed!!!! This method is life-threatening!

Really terrible bed bugs are there I have to check out in 1day because of bugs and whole body filled with bites .main thing have to take 6 floor stairs no lift and they didn’t mention that they don’t have lift and broken showers in washroom .i don’t recommend anyone to this .please aware they are not providing accurate information in booking.com

No comfortable, deceit on advert, untidy, I killed bed bug

LO BARATO A VECES SALE CARO. Fui a pasar una noche con mi pareja y ya para empezar el lugar no era nada acogedor, parecía una casa medio abandonada, los aseos parecían de bar y lo impresionante viene ahora, una vez entramos a la habitación estaba sucia, el suelo no se había limpiado en tiempo y para colmo que ya no hizo abandonar la habitación NUMERO 3 DE LA PRIMERA PLANTA fue que había una plaga de CHINCHES !!! en la cama, en las paredes, en el suelo... tratamos de contactar por booking con la empresa pero nos dijeron que al día siguiente se acercarían y que adjuntase fotos. NO nos ofrecieron NINGUNA solución. Salimos corriendo de aquel lugar y nos tocó buscar a ultima hora un lugar donde dormir, ya que repito no nos dieron otra opción. MÍNIMO EXÍGIMOS LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO YA QUE ERA INHABITABLE ESE LUGAR. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. Adjunto fotos de las chinches, vimos varias más...

We have to change the accommodation due to bed bugs and etc. The rooms were very dirty like they haven't clean it for months and there's visible bugs. I don't recommend it for people whose prone to bed bugs. Now, i'm suffering with the bites and it's really sad
