There were bed bugs, who ate me during ONE night there. Really bad. It's a weird place.

This place has bedbugs! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I found one crawling in my bed the first night and asked for a refund so I can stay somewhere else. They said they were unable to do so,but they upgraded me to a private which was nice however, I did not feel confident my room was pest free and even noticed bites on me after I checked out. The bedding is not clean! My stay here really took away from an overall great experience in Budapest. Id advice staying elsewhere

There was bed bugs in the first room that i stayed. The first employee tried to help about the issue said that someone will checked that immediately. But when i returned to the room i found another bug. I went to the reception but he didnt check the foto or the video of the bug and he just said we can change the room. The facility was overall not clean. The cleaning staff takes the dirty bed sheets, trashes. In the first night got bit by bed bugs, had to change my room in the middle of night.

The staff was amazing and it was close to a lot of public transportation. But I woke up with a bug biting me and believe it was bed bugs. I have at least 14 all over my body.

Unfortunately upon our arrival at this hostel we found bedbugs in multiple beds in our room. staff were helpful and found us rooms to stay in for the night but we did have to move rooms twice at 3am. Other than that it was a nice hostel, bit far out from centre but not too bad.
