The Pelican Larry Hostel

Nous devions passé 2 nuits au sein de cet hostel mais nous avons finalement annulé la 2e nuit car il y avait des punaises de lit dans notre chambre. Le propriétaire nous a remboursé la 2e nuit mais nous avons du laver l’intégralité de nos affaires ce qui nous a coûté un certain prix. Dommage que l’établissement n’ai pas fait de geste commercial concernant le coût de ce lavage… En globalité cet hostel n’ai pas propre.

I want to start by saying the two staff members who helped with the situation were extremely friendly and helpful. Other guests have had positive experiences here so this is just based on ours. But myself and my partner stayed in a private room (Room name: Mira-Ve) on the 4th of July 2025 and is absolutely riddled with bed bugs. When the manager was called they blamed us for the infestation which is highly unlikely as we just spent a week in a very nice hotel and never had an issue. My body is fully covered in bites and now we have the issue of still finding bed bugs in our luggage. Even after fumigation and heat control (that the hostel provided). As I understand that writing a bad review can hurt a business, my past few days have been extremely unpleasant and I don't wish for someone else to go through the same experience.
