+ Les lits étaient spacieux et plutôt confortables. La douche, lorsqu’il y avait de l’eau, était correcte et assez grande.

- L’établissement est assez loin du boulevard principal et des commodités, ce qui rend les déplacements peu pratiques. Il n’y avait pas vraiment d’ambiance et l’accueil était moyen, certains volontaires n’étaient pas très sympathiques ni aidants. La piscine et le bar étaient en mauvais état. De plus, l’eau et l’électricité ont été coupées plusieurs fois durant le séjour, ce qui a fortement affecté le confort.

+ Nichts

- Das Hostel ist schön abgenutzt. Man merkt dass es dort keinen richtigen Menager gibt. Es wird nur das Nötigste gemacht ansonsten ist alles sehr schmudellig. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken verstopft, die Dusche war schmutzig. Das Pull hat lange keine Reinigung gesehen (würde mich nicht trauen dort zu schwimmen). Der Eingangtor konnte man nicht abschließen, funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück gab es erst nach 8:00 Uhr obwohl sollte ab 7:00 serviert werden. Eine Dame in der Drinkbar am Pull schaut ständig ins Handy und kommt nicht auf die Idee sogar die schmutzige Tische abzuweichen. Es sieht so aus, dass nur lustlose Voluntäre dieses Hostel verwalten. Nach einer Nacht bin ins andere Hostel gegangen.

- The room was smelly. The pool was out of order. The atmosphere was depressing

+ The volunteers were nice to chat to, free breakfast is always nice. There's a choice of eggs in toast or fruit and granola.

- I came here because the reviews were positive, however there were only 7 guests in total so the hostel was dead, very boring atmosphere. No activities organised by the staff which makes it even less nice if there are no people to socialise with. The location is bad, 20 minutes away by walk from ADO station, very far from beach and center, the only way around is by bike. The owner of the hostel spies the volunteers through the camera 24/7 which makes it very uncomfortable knowing you're being watched. He fired one of the staff after he mentioned the cameras to me during a chat. The building is nice and the garden too, however it's not taken care of, the rooms are extremely dirty, they don't get cleaned properly, the fridge in the room was dirty with hairs in it. Rubbish and empty bottles lying around the terrace and garden area. The kitchen isn't kept very clean, no essentials like salt and oil. The air conditioner is on during the day only from 2/4 so it's hot outside of these hours.

+ Tienen musica muy alta hasta las 12 pm , los y las recepcionistas son muy groseras con los mexicanos, siempre el hostal esta muy sucio, la alberca muy sucia , esta muy lejos de todas las playas , bares , restaurantes, no hay nada cerca ,hay cucarachas ,se roban tus alimentos , a mi me robaron una pimienta con sal y tambien leche , una vez estaba viendo una película en el lugar donde esta la tv y llegaron los voluntarios y empezaron a platicar y volteo una señora de argentina y me dijo que le bajara al volumen en un tono muy grosero porque ellos tenian que platicar a gusto ellos siendo voluntarios aparte estabamos tranquilos huespedes viendo tv y llegan ellos a molestar , y yo siendo huesped y otros clientes que estábamos viendo la tv , entonces yo les dije que no es posible que ellos nos callaran porque tenían que platicar a gusto y me enojo mucho esa situación como cliente, se burlan de los mexicanos son muy malos como hostal el ambiente muy mal vibrosos me.la pasaban haciendo caras , los huespedes dejan pelos pubicos y no limpian , le dije a un recepcionista me comentó que es un hostal y el no podia hacer nada , son muy pesados y el hostal muy mugroso los voluntarios no limpian jamas todo siempre esta bien mugroso EL PEOR HOSTAL DE TODOS LA VERDAD ME LA PASE ESTRESADO Y PARA NADA BIEN LA ALBERCA MUGROSA NO HABIA NADA QUE HACER AHI MAS QUE ESCUCHAR A LOS DUEÑOS VOLUNTARIOS IMPONER SUS REGLAS ...

- They have very loud music until 12 pm, the receptionists are very rude to the Mexicans, it is always very dirty, the pool is very dirty, it is very far from all the beaches, bars, restaurants, there is nothing nearby, there are cockroaches, They steal your food, they stole a pepper with salt and milk from me, one time I was watching a movie in the place where the TV is and the volunteers arrived and started talking and a lady from Argentina turned around too and told me to put it down at the volume because they had to talk, and I was a guest and other clients were watching TV, so I told them that it is not possible for them to silence us because they had to talk and that situation makes me very angry as a client, they make fun of the Mexicans are very bad as a hostel, the atmosphere is very bad, vibey, the guests leave pubic hair and don't clean, I told a receptionist he told me that it is a hostel and he couldn't do anything, they are very heavy and the hostel is very dirty.They treated me very badly, I was stressed, they are very closed people

+ shoutout to gus, dillon, and alleryn. oh, the wifi is okay, and everyone i didn't mention is going to lose their job in about a day. don't you ever go against a travel agent.

- everyone else there - pure trash, absolute rudeness - don't be a volunteer if you're a jerk. i can't believe this stupid woman gave me a 10 minute lecture while i was watching my soccer game and missed my team scoring. i hope every person i didn't name is fired immediately. trash. complete trash. you are no where near the beach. NOWHERE. and if you're stupid, it's $97 USD from the airport to the hostel. i'm not even recommending the bus name because no one should ever visit. what a horrible place

+ i liked that there was an oxxo only 1000 feet away. the scenery was nice. but your'e in the middle of absolutely no where. there's 0 activities besides dancing to music in a hot climate. you're no where close to the beach

- this is the worst hostel in all of latin america. i have absolutely no idea how they think they're going to get guests when everyone who works there is so rude and disrespectful. i was trying to watch a very important soccer game when this idiot who works there (bald dome) came up to the kitchen and said he was going to call the cops on me for being aggressive. i'm sorry sir but i own the police. and for you to say i was aggressive towards you screaming at me for not knowing you worked at the hostel is absolutely ridiculous. everyone at that hostel was so lame, absolute nomads with no sense of humor or direction. i hated every single person there. and if they hated me, well, don't ever visit new york because you'd be shot. the hostel is so far away from everything that you need to be rich. the hostel costs absolutely nothing, and that's why it's so horrible. everything is under construction, almost every day the electricity goes out, it was absolute trash and the people who work there are trash. and to the woman who said you don't care about my rating, i'll make 10 accounts on booking, pay for all 10 nights, and give you a 1.0 for even daring me to write a bad rating. what an absolute travesty.

+ Hôtel bien placé et dans un cadre original

+ J'ai trouvé cet hôtel très calme qui répondait à mes attentes, je n'ai passé que 2 nuits mais j'ai apprécié les colocataires sont agréables sociables, les agents d'accueil sont très gentil. L'environnement est très sympa et dépaysant. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'on puisse louer un vélo directement auprès de l'accueil surtout que ce n'est pas très cher.

- La clim dans la chambre faisait un peu de bruit mais rien de méchant avec des bouchons on entendait rien. Les douches sont un peu vieilles mais elles font le job j'allais dans les douches communes et pas dans la douche de ma chambre et ça allait très bien.

+ Super ambiance, hostel très agréable et joliment décoré, le personnel est très gentil, nous sommes ravies de notre séjour ! ☀️

+ Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hostel und das Zimmer waren sehr schön und gemütlich aufgebaut.

- Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet und das Geschirr war überwiegend dreckig und alt. Der Pool war leider sehr ungepflegt (wir wollten ihn eh nicht nutzen aber er war auch nicht einladend). Die Handseife im Zimmer hat wirklich sehr unangenehm gerochen, sodass wir diese gar nicht nutzen wollten.

- Propreté et hygiène pas du tout au rdv. Odeur et saleté dans notre chambre surtout dans la salle de bain (cheveux sur la cuvette des Wc, dans la douche et sur le lavabo) Absence de serviettes de bains qui ont été données après avoir demander mais seulement des petites et pleines de taches. Petit déjeuner limite. Heureusement que des pancakes et omelettes étaient préparé sur le moment car il n’y avais rien de plus. Aucune boissons mis à part de l’eau et du café

- Que el wifi no funcionaba en mi cuarto y hubo un problema con el agua

+ Además de ser un lugar espacioso y muy bonito visualmente. La vibra en general es súper cool! Durante mi estancia, tanto los voluntarios, trabajadores y huéspedes creamos una convivencia hermosa. El desayuno es más que suficiente para terminar satisfecho y hay muchas actividades a lo largo de la semana. La renta de bici es imperdible y los viajes en la Mauimoto son muy divertidos.
