Bedbugs

BEDBUGS! got several bites .. lots of weird old homeless men living in the hostel it's kind of like staying in a homeless shelter .. the electricity was messed up and off for like 4 hours one night cause of some faulty wiring..suggestion not have homeless people staying there limit the time people can stay .. its weird for old men to be in the dorm room especially with young female travelers .. some of them smell very bad

negative aspects : -bedbugs (I have proof in video) it was full of my own blood. It is not infested but some beds have it so please check your bed upon arrival. -people stealing from the fridge (lost my canteen, meat, vegetables, fruits ...) several people I talked to also got things stolen. - snoring and very weird and dirty people - absence of the staff (there is nobody at the hotel most of the time, only on the phone) -cleanlyness : because some people are extremely dirty the hotel is sometimes like trash. People leave their food in the fridge when they're gone. -security : because there is nobody at the reception anything could happen. Front door can be opened by anybody only the rooms have code. btw at some point Someone started a fire in the inside courtyard fortunately it got extinguished. Overall : I enjoyed my stay and met amazing people even tough there are some defects My suggestion : consider increasing the price and hiring more people to deal with the issues. This hotel has great potential

Bedbugs. They won’t respond after you call them out for it. People in the room had been there for a while and nothing was done about the bugs. They don’t give refunds for it either. Spend a little more elsewhere and avoid the issue.

The electric system is dangerous: there was a short circuit in my laptop cord and the cord melted. The pellets did NOT blew. This could have triggered a fire! Also, some bed bugs.

Is a cultural thing but I would appreciate courtains

The biggest problem are bedbugs. Perhaps, they are not in every room - guys from mixed dorms did not appear to have this problem. But in an ensuite female dorm, where I stayed for 9 nights, I experienced them for the 1st time in my life, and they were a real issue. The staff sprayed the bed and changed sheets, but unfortunately, it did not help. Another aspect that can be improved is that trash bins could be emptied more often - by the end of the day they were way too full to accommodate additional waste. And lastly, 2-level beds: you may feel that your bed is shaking whenever the person on the top level of it changes their position, but it is not an issue if you are not a sensitive sleeper!
