+ Not really anything
- The wall are so thin you can hear the people in the next room. I am still in contact with management about the fighting that happened in the next room.
+ The Staff. They were polite and understanding.
- Everything else. look at the facilities photos to get an understanding. - There was no room for 2 suitcases and 2 adults and 1 kids in the room. - The shower doesn't have temperature control. - The bathroom was unclean and ancient. - The walls and roof are made of cardboard, we couldn't sleep the whole night because the people upstairs decided to have a late night conversation or go to the washroom.
- 1) Zimmer extrem hellhörig; man kann sogar das Abrollen des Klopapiers im Nachbarzimmer hören 2) kein WLAN 3) Kapazitäten in Gemeinschaftsküche und anderen Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen völlig unzureichend 4) Pfannen und Töpfe in Gemeinschaftsküche völlig abgenutzt und schon gesundheitsschädlich; Teflon völlig zerkratzt 5) Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt; bei Ruhestörung durch Party nicht erreichbar 6) völlig überteuert
- הגענו מאוחרלמקום בגשם חזק. לקח לנו שעה למצוא את החדר כי אין תאורה. גם לא ענו לטלפון. כשרצינו לייבש את הבגדים קצת במייבש שיער גילינו שהוא שרוף לגמרי. חוויה נוראית בלילה גשום.

- Ich musste erstmal 3 Stunden warten um einchecken zu können, um dann schmutzige Bettwäsche vorzufinden. Lauter schwarze Flecken. Dann wurde mein Essen aus dem Kühlraum einfach gestohlen oder weggeschmissen. Alles richtig beschriftet mit Namen, Zimmernummer und Abreisedatum. Solche Schweine!!

- Hot tub and sauna look like they’ve been broken for years. Scam.

- Room poor, outdated and ill equipped. Bedding mismatched and old. Concept of luxury rain forest retreat oversold, most accommodation aimed at backpackers.

- The outdated room with a musky smell in our room. It was so nasty and outdated we left one day early, bc we couldn’t do one more night there

+ Lovely room with view of rainforest.
- Small room, 2 small hot tubs were very far away from the deluxe rooms and were not adequate for the number of guests.
+ Was an easy walk to town, wonderful restaurant on site
- The spa was very busy, backpackers - didn’t go in

+ Good location. Partly a backpackers hostel.
- Some night- time noise from upstairs. Stairs to upper level adjacent to room so no privacy unless curtains were closed
+ Great motel. Easy parking. Nice restaurant. Good room and had a kettle and coffee!

+ Unfortunately we had oodles of rain which dampened us but place was very nice and comfortable

- Room and bed smelt like old socks
+ Incredible location, we could see the glacier from window. The hotel offers a nice affordable restaurant. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchenette.
- The hotel is a bit noisy at night. Also we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor since there were no lifts which could be impossible for a person with walking disability.

+ Wir haben in der Deluxe Tree Lodge übernachtet - und das war ein Traum. Die Deluxe Lodges sind wirklich Deluxe ausgestattet. Eine Raindusche, ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine tolle Aussicht. Alles sehr durchdacht. Die Lodges stehen auf Baumpfählen, unter der Lodge ist jeweils der Parkplatz. Die Anlage ist groß, aber sehr ruhig. Schön ist auch, dass mit der Monsoon Bar ein tolles Restaurant direkt vor der Anlage liegt. Hier konnten wir sowohl ein leckeres Frühstück als auch ein tolles Abendessen bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
- Nichts zu kritisieren.
