Where do I start… upon arriving I realized there's a massive construction site right outside, which explains the zero cancellation or a refund policy, everyone would cancel their reservation as soon as they got there if it was possible, the woman that let me in the gate was extremely rude and unhelpful, and when I spoke to the manager he pretty much strong-armed me into paying the rest of the money and refused to even let me in the room until I did, even though I had already paid for the first three nights…BED BUGS! At first I thought it was mosquitoes until I realized that I was only getting bitten at night and there wasn't a mosquito anywhere in the room, that my whole body was getting bitten while I was trying to sleep through the constant massive generators that we're going off right outside my door starting at midnight. I know that I they are not able to control the construction nearby, or the generators that start when it's raining, but that doesn't change the fact that I didn't have a single good night of sleep in the five days I was staying there... the manager said he can't change anything on the booking post to say that there is construction, so I'm writing it here, don't expect to sleep past 6 AM if you're staying here, or at all if it's raining due to the pump they use to pump the water out of the street right outside the building. Highly overpriced for what you were receive, horrible deteriorating plastic utensils in the kitchen, and Teflon pans that look 20 years old, had to buy my own pan to cook with while I was there. I would never stay here again

El hostal presentaba unas instalaciones adecuadas, amplias y equipadas con aire acondicionado. El propietario mostró en todo momento un trato cordial y amable. Contratamos dos habitaciones, cada una de ellas con una cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales. Sin embargo, en una de las habitaciones encontramos que dos de las camas (una de matrimonio y una individual) estaban infestadas de chinches. Nuestra estancia fue de dos noches. Tras la primera, en la que sufrimos picaduras, solicitamos al personal que revisara y solucionara el problema para la segunda noche. Aunque las camas fueron arregladas y presentadas nuevamente hechas, los insectos continuaban allí. Por lo que nuestra experiencia ha sido completamente insatisfactoria. Tras poner fin a nuestra estancia las huespedes afectadas están tomando tratamiento medico para combatir el picor y las mordeduras de los insectos

Muy buena ubicación, el trato de los host es muy amable. Había una construcción atrás del lugar y se escuchaba mucho ruido, pero eso no es culpa de ellos. Además de eso, en la habitación mas grande había chinches en la cama y les picaron a mis suegros y eso sí fue una experiencia desagradable 😐

Lamentable. En 20 ans d'humanitaire sur 3 continents, je n'avais JAMAIS eu des ressorts de matelas dans le dos, des punaises de lits, des prises électriques qui pendent du mur, une douche salle (et un pommeau qui tome), un bruit infernal (avec fenêtre ne fermant pas) en même temps. Toute petite chambre sordide. Nous sommes parti après la première nuit, ma fille n'ayant pas fermé l’œil. Cette arnaque est bien consciente. Le propriétaire ne m'a pas répondu quand je lui demandais comment se rendre sur l'ile de Bocas, ou se garer a Almirante, et ou trouver des taxis en ville. Quand nous lui avons fait part de notre surprise, il est simplement remonté dans son bureau.
