strangest hostel i have ever stayed at - we booked a private room and had to leave after the first night as we felt so uncomfortable. the reception is done up all nicely but you get to the stairs and corridors it’s such a bad feeling. the room was so dingy and oppressive. the staff weren’t friendly, says staffed 24/7 but we got back at 11pm and nobody was there even tho doors were unlocked. our room door barely locked also. would not recommend did not feel good, room looked nothing like phot...

Stay away if you need internet

Avoid this place at all costs. The WiFi does not work at all. The doors to my room did not lock properly. Myself and another girl in my dorm had booked a room that was listed as all girls in the description but men were in the room. The men staying there were very old and creepy. There are no fans in the dorms, so no airflow to help with heat. No privacy curtains, one toilet per floor. Left after a day to stay elsewhere. With a little bit of investment it could be better but staff don’t care.

Why they have weak WiFi? It could be renovated easily with newly and cheap router . And some rooms don't have fan inside. Even though they could solve such troubleshooting easily, why they are hesitant to do it???????

It was one of the terrible experience

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (worst I have slept in), it was possible to feel the spring of the mattress - which hurt my back, the blanket was a long piece of foam and the pillow was not comfortable as well. Dark and dirty bathrooms, in addition to the lack of elevators (for those with heavy luggage).

Really strange atmosphere in this hostel, it appears there are a lot of long term guests/locals staying here for cheap accommodation? I didn’t feel safe in my room as a young solo female with lots of older men who would stare at me when I was in the room. There was no privacy at all without any curtains around the beds. Wifi is not working well. Beds in dorms are in metal so very nosy when people move at night. I was told online that I will have to pay at the desk but the Hoslte charged my card before my arrival. No refund possible. I got charge by my bank for the payment they took on my card. Plus, as I planed to pay at the desk I drawn cash from ATM that I did not used. So I got charged twice by the bank. I ash to extend my stay but prices are higher at the desk than online

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy this hostel at all. Very unsocial, I’ve only ever seen 4 people in the entire hostel. It felt abandoned, especially since the hostel is under construction! One day there was no water in the morning without adequate notice before. The hostel staff sent an sms 30 minutes before the water was turned off, but since I was still asleep then, I couldn’t even brush my teeth or use the toilet in the morning. All in all I didn’t like the hostel at all. It was clean tho...

Buena ubicación. Habitación muy amplia, mucho espacio para todo. Por otro lado, en la habitación: el WiFi funciona mal y el piso y las camas hacen MUCHO ruido.

Staff was incredibly nice and available. The hostel is in a central position, perfect if i want to move around the city centre easily. Everything was perfectly clean, both our room and the shared bathroom, but also the kitchen and the common room. I really recommend it if u plan to stay in Cracow

Quiet hours end at 6am, and there’s ongoing construction at the hostel indoors and outdoors. I was woken up every day by the sound of banging, hammering, or power tools. The rooms are not sound proof at all and any time someone was in the hallway talking or walking it was as if they were in the same room. I don’t recommend if you’re looking to sleep well.

Great hostel, my only complaint is that one bathroom per floor is a bit of an issue. Other than that it’s perfect, locations great, staff is lovely, rooms are comfortable.

Good location 15 minute walk from Kraków old town. Room was spacious and clean. Had a private room with shared bathroom however the bathroom door had a big translucent window so it is possible for anyone walking by to vaguely see in. Can be uncomfortable especially if there are people if other genders also on the floor. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Be warned a great many steps up if you're on the top floor.

The girl at the reception is very respectful, kind, and friendly.

Stayed one night at this hostel. Very Good & comfy experience. Old town is at walking distance else tram station is round the corner. Had a nice sleep, thanks to nice fellow dorm mates. Certainly it's quite & peaceful. Staff members were very professional and did their best to make the stay good. Thanks. Definitely recommended

Homie vibe, great kitchen and common area, friendly staff, good location also. Unfortunately there is a guy staying there for a while cooking FRIED EXPIRED SEAFOOD FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER. Making the whole hostel smell from the first floor to the top floor and making every guest experience in this hostel suffer because of him. amazing staff, great kitchen and common areas. wasn't very social during my stay but there were some international people. very good price for what you get!!! it was very noisy at night due to loud beds and floors so not ideal if you are sensitive to that. i had a great experience!

The facilities were incredibly beautiful, at a great location. Our 2-person room was so clean, and the shared bathroom was great as well.

I stayed in a private room in this hostel and it was the perfect rest on my backpacking trip. For £25 a night you’re getting the same quality as a hotel room. It’s located close to the main square and a short walk from the train station so perfect for exploring. Only one downside was frequent drilling noises, sometimes as early as 7:30am but I do appreciate they have maintenance works ongoing. I would absolutely stay here again coming back to Krakow!!

Good nothing special it does the job

The place is not in the city center exactly the way how it's promoted but it's about 15-20 minutes walk , the hostel s super quite and not activities or events happening there which would have added a prit to it , the staff were a bit creless basically didn't give attention at all but still not bad .. it is a clean hostel overall but just the Idea of having ONLY one shower and toilet for like 5 dorms is not very convenient tbh

Staff great, location great. Can’t recommend enough for a chill vibe.

I would stay here again. The activities were nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by other guests in a near by room who were screaming and chain smoking all night. Staff asked them to stop but they did not listen. When I told the staff what happened they just let me know that they had already talked to them and would try to charge them extra at checkout, which did not make for the awful smell or sleep I lost.

Great hostel! Clean, 20 minute walk to downtown and train station and close to the bus stop, great kitchen facilities, helpful staff, free luggage storage.
