Q Space Residence

❌ Very disappointing experience at Q Space I booked a room for 16 nights, but in the first few days, I realized that my room was facing the sun directly, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. I politely asked if I could change to another room with a different direction. However, the female staff working the noon shift were very unfriendly and unprofessional. The first female staff member did not even check the system and immediately said there were no rooms available. I had to explain the situation many times before she reluctantly said, “We will check on Sunday,” without any clear commitment. Her attitude was clearly uncomfortable and dismissive. What made it worse was her behavior. When she noticed that my English was not very fluent, she sighed, showed impatience, and spoke in a disrespectful manner. As a long-stay customer, I found this extremely rude and unacceptable. On top of that, my friend was bitten by bed bugs, causing red, swollen marks on the body. This is a serious hygiene issue and made us feel very unsafe. Another important point: the location is very far from the train station, which makes daily travel inconvenient. Future guests should be aware of this before booking.

El Hotel Q Space en Bangkok es, sin exagerar, uno de los sitios más asquerosos en los que me he alojado jamás. La habitación estaba infestada de chinches y cucarachas, algo totalmente inaceptable y peligroso para la salud. Dormir allí fue imposible: picaduras, suciedad y una sensación constante de asco. La limpieza es inexistente, el olor desagradable y el estado general del lugar da la impresión de abandono total. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad: es engaño puro. El personal no ofrece soluciones reales y parece normalizar una situación que jamás debería permitirse en un “hotel”. Este sitio no cumple ni los estándares más básicos de higiene. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Evitad este lugar si valoráis vuestra salud, vuestro descanso y vuestro dinero.
