DO NOT STAY - bed bugs in the room and they refused to do anything about it instead the staff getting very defensive saying it’s normal for summer. -said they have had complaints before but ignored them because the Japanese nose is too sensitive for the detergent to get rid of them. - rooms sweaty aircon doesn’t work - rooms cluttered can’t even get down the ladder -mattress like sleeping on a brick I have stayed in over 50 hostels and don’t expect much but this was against any hygien...

Bad experience overall, the place is a mess, untidy, cramped and smelly. The staff is far from nice and helpful. I regret staying there, 100% will avoid and recommend any other option.

I would avoid this hostel. cleanliness and hygiene are zero here. It was filthy. the beds are especially embarrassing. The place stank. Security is non existent. No keycards or locks on the dorm doors so anyone from the street can come in and just take whatever they want from the rooms. There doesn't seem to be any permanent staff. The main area is also filthy and overall the place felt more like staying in an airport or a college kids dorm than a hostel. Avoid this place.

BEDBUGS - MAY 2023 - INFESTED Stayed here in May. Dropped bags in and went to see the sights. Room wasn’t great and had a musty smell. After getting back that evening and showering etc, looked in the bed to see numerous bed bugs all over my pillow and sheets. Immediately woke my friends and we went to reception - no one was there and no staff on site at all. We weren’t going to stay somewhere that was clearly riddled with bedbugs, so forced to leave the keys off at 11pm and seek alternati...

- the staff is just rude - there is not secrurity. Anybody can walk up to the rooms, the door are never closed….. songood luck woth your stuff - location is okish - stuff is dirty and falling apart

Not the greatest hostel I’ve been to. The lounge area gives college house vibes, kitchen was a mess, the showers were on a different floor than my room, the sink in the one bathroom on my floor was broken, the beds are like sleeping on the floor, the roof top area was a mess, hot water was turned off in the middle of each day for hours and there was zero social vibe at all. They had security lockers but they fit only a small bag. Location was great but besides that it wasn’t the ideal spot.

Place is CASH ONLY Location is good, however the cleanliness of it is not. The comforter they gave me has stains and hairs all over it. And the mattress was stained as well. Bathrooms weren’t great either.

Había bastante desorden con el tema zapatos, el edredón parecía viejo y muy usado, varios grifos perdían agua y en las duchas no había donde dejar tus cosas. Lo más grave era que en las literas de arriba la cortina no cubría hasta el techo, era como una red, por lo que dejaba pasar la luz y cada vez que alguien encendía te despertaba. Fallo de diseño. El sitio está bien ubicado y la gente es agradable, pero unos mínimos arreglos mejorarían mucho.

The travelers were cool but that one female Indian staff member was a total c**t. Watch out for her because she steals and is very rude. Don’t leave your bags out while she’s on duty.

Der Kühlschrank ist ein Witz, viel zu klein für die Grösse dieses Hostels Ebenso ein Witz sind die Schliessfächer, auch hier viel zu klein

Private room was not very clean. Lots of dust and questionable marks on the walls. Hot water for shower available upon request from staff. Nice communal space

The dorm “capsules” are pretty small, and there is genuinely zero room to put anything in the dorm room. Luggage pretty much took up half of the total floor space in there when I was there. The dorm (6F) bathroom was also not clean.

You get what you pay for. Super cheap.

Centrally located in Hiroshima this hostel has good facilities (bathroom, coin-op laundry and kitchen) and my room there was very comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. I have no complaints.

Dans l'ensemble bonne auberge. les salles de bains sont très grandes et propres. La salle commune est sympa et la literie confortable. Il faudrait juste un peu plus de place pour ranger la nourriture ainsi que plus de couverts pour les repas. Prévoir du liquide pour payer le reste du séjour car la carte n'est pas acceptée. La localisation de l'hôtel est très bien, à quelques minutes de tram et bus,5 minutes du quartier des boutiques et 10 minutes du parc du mémorial.

Very nice and cozy hostel in a good neighborhood just walking distance away from Peace Park. Would visit again.

Great place to stay. Icame from the airport late and didn't want to look for a hostel in the city that late. Taxi was 2000¥ what's a fair price to.

Nice staff! But even though it says luggage service on the profile, the luggage service is just a corner of the common room and no tags or anything to make sure that the luggage is picked up by the right people. It would also be nice, if there were more slippers for the toilets, so not only one person could use the two toilets and sink area at a time.

Location is excellent for food and drinks and exploring Hiroshima. Easy enough to get to & from Hiroshima station also. Not extremely social but pretty good social area. Dorms were a bit cramped with bags everywhere. Showers were 2 floors above so a bit inconvenient.

Buen alojamiento! nos costó un poco encontrarlo cuando llegamos ya que la entrada al hostel no está muy visible. El personal muy amable, Mario hizo nuestra estadía muy divertida y nos ayudó mucho dándonos consejos sobre lugares que visitar, donde comer y más!

Affordable and right in the action, but a little rough around the edges. Beds very uncomfortable, no frills. Water heater was out the 2nd day.

This property is what you’d come to expect of the value. The beds were not very comfortable, showers closed during cleaning hours, and there was little to no room for bag storage in the room. Worse yet I woke up to mites in my bed. This is not a property I would stay at again.

Over het algemeen prima, douches waren niet enorm schoon en de bedden zijn keihard. In de nacht hadden 3 dronken Japanners wekkers tussen 03:30-04:30 staan waar ze niet van wakker werden dus dat maakte het slapen wat lastig

Günstiges Hostel mit guter Lage, jedoch nicht richtig gepflegt. Es ist sehr dreckig.

its not far away from the busstation and de shower room is locked but the other room where i slept was not but i dont think it was a problem the atmosphere is good in the hostel and everyone is friendly the staff will sometimes be there but most of the time morning and atfernoon not.

Really nice hostel, located right by the peace park and city centre. Hostel is nice and clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!
