So creepy, very counter intuitive not a hostel experiance, the instructions were very vague, it was not clear that there gona be no staff at all

Albergue sin personal y todo informatizado. Entró un personaje borracho y drogado que nos pedía ropa. Decidimos abandonar y buscar otro lugar donde pasar la noche perdiendo el dinero

Muy guay, me ha gustado mucho el rollo. Es cierto que dormir en literas puede dejarte un poco expuesto pero la verdad como opción "barata" te soluciona la vida. Lo único es el suelo, el suelo crujiente, resulta incómodo andar y que el resto de personas conozcan exactamente tu situación en el Hostel. La cocina bien y todo limpito. No vimos a una sola persona que trabaje allí, excepto una limpiadora. Casi que se autogestiona el Hostel. Un saludo al club de fans del parquet crocanti.

Before booking this, please understand that this hostel is run through an app and - in case anything would be wrong or missing - whatsapp. It is so impersonal and weird and you constantly have to hold on to your phone (which I sometimes like to leave behind when Im on holiday). It wasn't very well maintained, though one person comes and cleans and make the beds once a day. Another guest said that the lack of staff would keep the price down, but it's not cheaper than anywhere else.

No on-site staff. Email mentions online check-in and using phone as a key. At 2pm all the lights were off and the hostel was empty. When I returned the room wouldn't open. I had to call to find out the door is disabled if someone turns the knob to the right. Why not include this info? Other guests couldn't open the front door, which only turns to the right (opposite). The hostel is nice and clean, but the floors squeak very loudly. Not a hostel vibe, more like airbnb. Charge your phone, no keys!

El hostel está bien para una noche. La ubicación está correcta. Sin embargo, la seguridad es un poco extraña. Funciona con códigos de teléfono y una APP que te tienes que descargar. Que pasa si me quedo sin batería ? O sin cobertura etc. No hay nadie en el hostel en ningún momento . Por las noches tampoco. Ruido nocturno pasada la medianoche. Limpieza e instalaciones Ok. Si hubiera estado bien que hubiera mas baños. Para todo el hostel hay dos y a las mañanas eso era un caos. Todo ocup...

Senza infamia e senza lode. Tutto troppo tecnologico con bluetooth per ogni porta che a volte non andava e creava qualche problema. Difficile esprimere giudizi sul personale, in quanto tutto in automatico. Prezzo un po' alto per un ostello in dormitorio. Se questo è il futuro stile smart city, non mi piace proprio.

after i figured out the self check in, it was very easy to find the room and to check in. everything was clean and tidy. it was confusing to see, that many people inside our room didn’t know, which bed was theirs… even though the location is perfect, many people came in very late, were loud and didn’t respect the hostel rules

Hostel OK. Access extremely difficult. Wrong codes sent. Room door lock difficult to understand and use. Double room but very small. Cold - could have provided extra blanket for bed. Lift not available but no advance warning of this. Online security check very confusing.

Great location and chill hostel. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The Bluetooth key is ingenious and very helpful. The lockers were able to be locked too- a bonus!

el hostel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de autobuses y de trenes. fue súper útil poder abrir la puerta desde el teléfono. pero la falta de recepción daba más la impresión de una casa con habitaciones compartidas más que de ese típico ambiente de hostel. no habían actividades sociales.

It was a clean well cared for hostel. Would benefit from one more toilet.

He pasado unos dias en Oviedo, hay muchos motivos por los que marcho feliz de aquí. Uno de ellos porque Asturias me encanta, me parece bellísima, su gente muy amable, la gastronomía riquísima, la naturaleza me ha enamorado, sus pueblos, ciudades y a todo esto añadi HiHome Hotel que es donde me he alojado, el trato inmejorable, Laura, su pareja y el chico de la limpieza han sido super atentxs, detallistas, todo super limpio, el mejor alojamiento sin dudarlo. Volveré. Gracias. Isabel.

Tutto automatizzato. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con la camera, ma è stato tutto risolto immediatamente tramite mail.

Unbelievable find!!!! Right by the bus station, so easy to find when we first arrived by bus in Oviedo. Then gave us the perfect launching off point for the Camino the next day, you pass right by it on our way from the Cathedral in Oviedo. The place was small, but very clean, showers were amazing, and overall vibe was awesome too! Will stay again if I do this over for sure!!!!

It would be a higher but the wooded floors are so noisy it wakes you up everytime someone walks around.

It’s bang in the middle of the city. Very accessible. Well maintained. Nice & cozy. Loved staying here. Highly recommend

Really nice hostel! There are no staff members just FYI so it is self check in. The only downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms, there was a long wait to use the bathroom in the morning and evening. Other than that, great!

good hostel, located in an ideal place. would stay here again. curtains would be a very nice bonus :)

It was fine. Kinda weird how there was no one working there. Somehow it managed to be loud, yet no one seemed to talk to many outside their group. There was a weird amount of old people because a lot of the rooms were more similar to hotel rooms. There are only 2 bathrooms. This is nice because you get a private room to shower but it can be hard to find an empty time at night. It’s very annoying if you just have to pee. Very clean. The locks were confusing at first. Squeaky floor. Boring.

El hostel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobuses. Está en un calle muy céntrica y muy cerquita de los monumentos a visitar en Oviedo. La limpieza muy bien, la verdade. Lo que estaría bien mejorar: encontrar una solución para el ruido que hace el suelo. No ayuda mucho en la convivencia del hostel, principalmente e las habitaciones compartidas. Lo segundo sería tener alguna alternativa de emergencia para el sistema de abrir las puertas, por si uno se queda...

Amazing hostel even though the social component of receptionists/people working there was definitely lacking for me. You have to self-check in with an app and without installing that app you cannot enter, which for me is questionable. I always prefer to talk to people and have someone welcoming me and showing me around.

Great location, close to train and bus terminals, very clean, great atmosphere, very pleasant stay!!🙌🏻
