Believe all the negative reviews because they are true. I would never in mi right mind book again this place. I've been all over Japan and this was the ONLY place where I didn't sleep 1 night from the 4 I stayed and where I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body. I feel shame to go on the street with shorts or skirt because my legs look very horrible. They did change my room for a "better" one and offered me free amenities but I would have been happier if they bought for me anti itch spray or cream. Why should I spend my money on that? Was it my fault to be bitten like this?
