No nos ha gustado nada, el servicio no es bueno y es muy ruidoso. Las habitaciones para 8 son demasiado pequeñas. La cocina esta cerrada hasta las diez.
We didn't like it at all, the service is not good and it's very noisy. the rooms for 8 are too small. the kitchen is closed until ten.

I stayed in bed underneath, but I really liked it.
My stay started with an very unfriendly employee (girl) that brought me to my room without telling me anything about the hostel, I needed to ask myself some other employee where I can find the bathroom/toilet/breakfast. Also I had BED BUGS in my bed that were biting me all over my body & when I changed my room the bed sheets of the new bed didn’t seem like they were changed (still hair on them). Won’t recommend to stay there.
Unfriendly atmosphere from guests and staff alike. Caught off guard by cliquey influencer vibe + the staff ignored me for 20 minutes while I stood waiting at the reception.
Inseguro por que había huéspedes drogados y no había monitoreo de ello. Además el lugar era muy desorganizado. Solo rescato la ubicación. Calidad precio me parece excesivo, me hospede en otros hostales en Cartagena y este me pareció el peor en calidad precio.
I'm not sure why there were guests on drugs and there was no monitoring of it. plus the place was very disorganized. just rescued the location. quality price seems excessive to me, I stay in other hostels in Cartagena and this one seemed to me the worst in quality price.
Pretty average stay here. Everything was going well until they said we had to evacuate bc they were “spraying for bugs”. It seemed out of the blue and it seemed like they weren’t even spraying for bugs as the staff were very vague and felt we weren’t getting the whole truth. Didn’t off compensation.
Not a good place for solo travelers. S***y beds and unhelpful staff. When I requested another bed they said it wasn’t possible even though most other beds remained free. The curtains don’t really do anything so when someone leaves their light on until 4am you can’t sleep. The staff didn’t do anything and when I turned it off myself they became mad. Insane. Bad breakfast.
Hostel allows thiefs to enter with false /stolen documents and refuses to call the police. Lockers are old and don't provide any safety as they are easy to break (thin wood closets), your belongings are NOT safe in this hostel. Staff is nice but not very helpful, if your stuff gets stolen there, your are left alone with this problem.
The AC was broken and leaked so the safety boxes (big ones) where you had to put your big bags (no space in the dorms) got filled with water and all our stuff got wet, even our passports & money.The safety boxes is under the beds, and you have to push your bags in. They said they were gonna get someone to fix the AC, but it happened again. The staff was rude and the place was not clean so our stuff got wet AND dirty. Didn’t get any money back either and we had to throw stuff bc it got ruined.
Soy nomade digital. El lugar es basico. Relamente no hay un espacio chill y confortable para trabajar. Y de hecho apagan el aire acondicionado de 9am a 6pm.. con lo cual es un espacio cero confortable. Las habitaciones son regulares. Los baños son compartidos. Y eso hace que no haya privacidad. El agua caliente es muy poca. Es un hostel ruidoso y ubicado en una zona no muy linda.

Lo recomiendo 100%, buena organización de sus habitaciones, baños cómodos y limpios, buenos espacios para socializar como piscina bar, te sientes seguro, todo en personal que te atiende es lo máximo!
I recommend it 100%, good organization of your rooms, comfortable and clean bathrooms, good spaces to socialize like pool bar, you feel safe, everything in the staff that attends you is the maximum!
Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, deshalb kann ich zur Atmosphäre leider nicht viel sagen. Scheint aber ein cooler Ort zu sein. Die Lage ist top! Das Bett war zwar bequem, aber leider sehr dreckig als ich eingecheckt habe. Viele Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und andere Partikel…
I was only there one night, so unfortunately I can't say much about the atmosphere. but it seems to be a cooler place. the location is top notch! the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately very dirty when I checked in. many stains on the bed sheets and other particles...
Every staff member was really cool, Jesús the guy in the front desk helped me a lot

Piscine et espaces communs très sympas. La cuisine est sale et mal équipée c’est dommage. Les dortoirs sont ok mais manque de place pour ouvrir son sac au sol. Personnel très agréable et super emplacement. Ça fait l’affaire pour quelques nuits
The kitchen is dirty and poorly equipped it's a shame. the dorms are okay but lack room to open your bag on the floor. very nice staff and great location. it's good for a few nights

Auberge ok, mais les chambres sont très étroites. Les casiers en-dessous du lit sont sales. Les chambres sont mal pensés il y en a de partout. La piscine est vieillissante et à rénové. Gros bémol : pas possibilité de faire le petit-déjeuner soi-même le matin jusqu’à 10h et ce n’est écrit nul part.
Hostel ok, but the rooms are very narrow. The lockers under the bed are dirty. The rooms are poorly designed there are from everywhere. The pool is old and renovated. Big Bottom Line: no possibility to make breakfast yourself in the morning until 10am and it is not written anywhere.
Good location very chilled hostel
Very nice location and staff! Especially Jonathan helped me a lot and made my stay worthwhile with his kind spirit ✨ the dorms have a nice temperature and the facilities were clean. Would come again!

Passable dans l’ensemble. Les chambres sont agréables mais l’hostel est hyper bruyant. Aussi, nous voulions petit déjeuner en cuisinant nous même mais l’hostel n’ouvre sa cuisine qu’à 10h parce qu’il propose des petits déjeuners. Le personnel est gentil
The rooms are nice but the hostel is hyper noisy. also, we wanted to have breakfast by cooking ourselves but the hostel does not open its kitchen until 10am because they offer breakfast. the staff is kind.

Nice enough but the power went out for a long time while I was there and the heat is absolutely unbearable without the fan on
I liked the colonial style of the hostel with the kind of open air bathroom feeling and brushing teeth watching the night sky. Overall the hostel has a chill vibe. I experienced it not being super social and found it kinda hard to make new friends there but would still recommend it for a few nights.
Really nice hostel and the cocoon dorm beds are great. Main downside is that it could have been cleaner, also didn’t hep we had no water for most of our stay.
Muy buen hostal, me sentí muy cómodo durante toda la estadía. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo.Las instalaciones son limpias y el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar,recomendado.
Very nice hostel, I felt very comfortable during the whole stay.The location is excellent, close to everything.The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help,recommended.
Honestly didn’t like this hostel at all. Deluxe room is good and spacious but the amenities in the hostel are horrible. The pools are disgusting and warm and you can not even take a shower for 1 minute without water coming to your ankles as it doesn’t drain. Location is really nice though.

Cuando uno lava su ropa hay muy poco espacio para colgarla y dejarla secar, además el aire acondicionado lo apagan durante el día que es cuando más calor hace, recién lo encienden a las 18.30 por lo cual tomar una siesta en la tarde lo hace casi imposible por el calor, fuera de esto el personal fue muy amable, el desayuno contundente y las instalaciones limpias y ordenadas, fue una grata estadía 💪
When you wash your clothes there is very little space to hang them and let them dry, plus the air conditioner is turned off during the day which is when it is hottest, they only turn it on at 18.30 so taking a nap in the afternoon makes it almost impossible due to the heat, apart from this the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was hearty and the facilities clean and tidy, it was a nice stay 💪
