La posizione è ottima ma la camerata puzzava così come i bagni.

Es un hostal con instalaciones bastante viejas y medio desatendidas, las camas no son nada cómodas por ser viejas y por el tipo de literas que utilizan a pesar de obviamente ser un cuarto compartido con mucha gente no tienes absolutamente nada de privacidad mientras duermes. En general los cuartos y los Baños no estaban tan limpios, las instalaciones por ser viejas ya no funcionan tan bien, adicionalmente me toco mucha gente que parecía que vivía ahí en lugar de estar viajando.

This hostel was poor value for money. The furnishings were very simple and uncomfortable, the bed was hard, and they did not provide anything other than a few sheets. (for the price, they should be providing towels at least). The curfew and overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hostel.

Me sentí muy insegura con mi amiga durante mi estancia, el precio no es acorde a lo que pagas.

Overall poor. The rooms were very dusty and dirty, the drains made the whole room smell bad and the flush system did not work. I think it’s an overpriced hostel for what it is.

Sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, 10er Dorm laut eng und schlecht ausgestattet. Unbequeme Betten und laute Umgebung. Ich habe sehr schlecht geschlafen und würde nicht nochmal herkommen.

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel if you want a decent night of sleep. First I just want to say that the staff is very welcoming, friendly and passionate! The towel rental is also cheap and convenient. The location is nice. The beds are not good. I felt like I was laying on a rock. Additionally they are very sensitive if either the person in the top bunk or bottom bunk moves. The worst part must be the aircondition. It was insanely loud in addition to not work properly. I was extremely hot too.

Not sure why they’ve listed air conditions as a feature! That’s sort of just a lie - not an air conditioning unit in sight at this joint. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much in my life. Probably would’ve go a somewhere else if I’d known.

This hostel wasn't worth the money we paid. We were promised air conditioning, however it didn't work, so our dorm was a lot hotter than it was outside (it was 37 degrees outside) and there was no way to open any windows in the dorm. We were also told that we couldn't drink water from the taps in the bathroom, however the kitchen was closed overnight, so whilst it was really hot in the middle of the night there was nowhere to get more water, and we couldn't leave to get more due to the curfew.

Probably the sketchiest hostel I’ve been in with a very rude staff.

Die Luftqualität im großen Dorm war eine Katastrophe, direkt am Fenster aber erträglich. Positiv: große Schließfächer Bad wird täglich gereinigt Ausreichend Platz im Kühlschrank Negativ: eigenes Schloss erforderlich Keine Verriegelung an einigen Toiletten

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per girare tutta Firenze a piedi ed è molto tranquilla. Si arriva con 15 minuti di camminata dalla stazione centrale. Il supermercato è affianco all’ostello. Non si sentono rumori provenienti dall’esterno.

Les lits sont propres mais il n’y a pas de couverture, seulement des draps. L’emplacement était très bien et le personnel gentil.

V good hostel, small kitchen but clean and spacious. A lot of beds in the rooms but the location is really good. Staff are nice and helpful.

Ostello senza infamia ne lode. Trovo però grave che, pur avendo segnalato che, nel mio armadietto, non funzionava il chiavistello, non sia stato fatto nulla per risolvere.

Was a little worried after reading the google reviews but the place was actually decent and got the job done. It was very central and made access to other places very easy, the staff was lovely. The rooms were okay - nothing extraordinary but got the job done. They even let us keep our luggage for free in the luggage room.

Second time I've stayed here. Great both times. I'm a "socio" of the community football club CS Lebowski, which plays in La Trave. Went to the match, and stayed overnight before my trip back to Napoli (and then home to the US). If you are in Firenze during the football season, I highly recommend attending a match (usually Sundays). Only 5 euros. The pregame meal, which usually starts at 1pm (13:00) is a great place to socialize. It's a mix of picnic/carnival. It's a great day out.

This is a petty complaint but don't hire a towel here!!! They give you a tablecloth and call it a towel. If you are only staying one night you might as well just use one of your bedsheets to shower in the morning, it's the same. I've stayed in dozens of hostels and I've never seen this before. If their 'towels' are so bad, they should at least include them with the linens and not charge extra for them! Gives a really bad impression of the hostel as penny-pinching. l'ostello ha braccia corte!

Antiguo convento, sin lujos, con buena atención y tranquilidad

The reception staff were very nice and really helpful. However, the experience was difficult because the website mentioned lockers, but there was no way to lock them. The worst part was that men entered the women’s bathroom while we were using it, which made all the girls in the group feel unsafe

Gostei muito do atendimento, fui super bem recebido. O local é super limpo, organizado e fica bem no centro. Vale a pena conhecer.

Razoável pelo preço

Não é um Hostel, isso é uma pensão! Tem gente morando ai! Homens estranhos, se você for mulher, vai se sentir uma presa! Dividi o quarto com uma mulher completamente maluca! Que dizia estar sendo perseguida por gente perigosa! Nao tive uma unica noite boa de sono pois estava com MEDO! SEM FALAR QUE roubaram minha comida TRÊS VEZES. Os banheiros FEDEM e a cozinha é suja. Nao recomendaria JAMAIS.

la mujer de recepción excelente, la habitación compartida de mujer horrible realmente, no tiene casi iluminación parece que estas encerrada en una carcel, casi no hay ventilación, lo recomiendo de paso, no para quedarse muchas noches

Great location in a quiet area with great food a short walk to the center and the train station. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Bathroom was a little dirty but otherwise very good!

Cuando llegamos, antes de hacer el check in, escuchamos a los recepcionistas hablar acerca de una situación de robo entre huéspedes. No empezamos bien. El hostel está bien ubicado, con buenos servicios (gran cocina y equipada, buenos baños y limpios) pero funciona como pensión (gente que vive en él). No tiene atmosfera de viaje/vacaciones.

i loved this hostel! it’s super comfortable and clean, with an excellent location easy to get around both on foot and by bus. it’s a large hostel with great rooms and common areas. the staff were very friendly and helpful. highly recommend!
