El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual lo hace muy cómodo para pasear y poder pasar a descansar en cualquier momento. Front desk agent completely rude. Made comments about arriving 30min early (3:30pm). Tried to force us to pay cash. Was watching us on the cameras and texting our personal number when looking for towels. Became aggressive when we checked out 27min after checkout time (10am), came knocking several times saying things like “come on guys!” “Long night?” And then saying “Finally!” when we dropped off the keys. La chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée : énormes tâches sur la couette, cheveux sous les lits, poussière un peu partout. Le ménage dans la salle de bain partagée ne semblait pas être fait quotidiennement. La cuisine, très peu équipée, se trouvant à côté des chambres laisse des odeurs. Le logement est très bien situé et central, l’hôte nous a donné une carte de la ville sur laquelle il a pris le temps de nous indiquer les endroits clés à visiter.

La persona de recepción se portó muy bien con nosotros y el hostel estaba bien para pasar unas noches, sin embargo nuestra pieza no tenía ventanas!! Esto hacía que no hubiese ventilación y solo iluminación artificial (olía a humedad). Los baños algunas veces estaban ocupados y había que esperarlos.

Worst hostel experience. The air conditioning did not feel like air conditioning and could not to be adjust due to "government regulation". We were asked to pay cash for our stay due to malfunction with the credit card system regardless of the exchange rate to take cash out. Bathrooms were not clean and there was not even hand towels. Manager was not accommodating at all. Highly recommend not staying at this hostel.

Baños muy limpios, no tiene cocina, ni para hacerte un huevo hervido, solo ofrecen dos saquitos de te y café. Habitaciones lindas y silenciosas. No tiene sala de estar

The hostel is very centrally located, which is convenient for exploring Florence. However, there is almost never anyone at reception, which makes check-in and getting help quite uncomfortable. The room keys are old-style keys and don’t feel very secure. In terms of facilities, there is only a microwave, a coffee machine, and a small table with very limited utensils. There is no proper kitchen or place to wash dishes, so you can only make coffee and not prepare any real food.

Bedding was old, sheets were stained but the location was great.

The host was super helpfull to us. He keeps the place clean and tidy. The biggest drawback is that the room we were assigned had no window, hence no natural light and no ventilation and that wasn't clear on the publication. In any other regard the room is nice and confortable, the furniture and equipment is all new, the shared bathrooms were always clean and the staff always available.

Leonardo House is located very close to S.M Novella. It’s a 5-7 min walk from the station. The host, Darko, is very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend staying here

Todo perfecto! Lugar ideal para conocer Florencia. Súper bien ubicado, muy amables en la recepción. Muy atentos a los mensajes. Limpieza, silencio en horas de descanso. Volvería sin dudas!

Darko was a fantastic host and let's be honest, what a FANTASTIC location in the absolute heart of Florence. Right in the middle the historic centre, the location allowed us to go out without a backpack and return when we needed to change clothes or have a rest. The hostel has only a couple of bedrooms and is super quiet. I loved it very much! Nothing fancy, no parties, no drunk or loud co-travelers. En general todo muy bien, alojamiento muy recomendable, y Darko es amabilísimo. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas antes del check-in, y también cuando dejamos la habitación el último día. Lo único a mejorar sería que el hervidor de agua estaba algo sucio, y no hay un lugar donde fregar, si quieres utilizar utensilios del espacio común. Por lo demás, tuvimos muy buena estancia :)

This is a great budget hotel, the location really can’t be beat. There’s hardly any atmosphere, no common space. Darko is very helpful with organizing your stay while there.

Stanza pulitissima, centralissima e comodissima. Darko, il proprietario, è una persona estremamente educata, gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posto estremamente consigliato. This guest house was so well located - within walking distance to all the main sites and things to do in Florence! Darko was a fantastic host with tips and advice on things to see and places to eat. Rooms and bathrooms were incredibly tidy and clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Was the perfect place to stay and so affordable but lovely and comfortable. Would happily return.
