I was beaten by bed bugs. Won’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Booked a business class pod in 2 Bed Dorm Room for two nights(total was $336.35). When I arrived the guy assigned me a bed without telling me what type it was. It turned out to be in their staff dorm room, with only a curtain separate apart. I went down to front desk and the girl told me they were sold out. SO WHAT? Didn't even give me partial refund. And I got three bed bug bites on my feet during the stay. Apparently no one cleaned the sheets in their staff dorm. And I ended up sharing bathroom with at least 4 staff in that room who slapped doors really hard during midnight. I reported bed bug issue to them by email and NEVER got a reply. Disgusting place. I'm surprised to see they are still operating. If anyone also got assigned to that room please leave a msg. People deserve to know how they operate their business like scammers.

Overheard someone with bedbugs in their room, and decided to leave. I’d spend a little more to be elsewhere, unless you’re really looking to save money.

Tuve una pequeña situación con bedbugs o algo que pasaba en la cama de arriba, tuve que cambiarme a las 2 am de la mañana por qué era imposible dormir en ese colchón, todo estaba bien pero la chica de arriba que era la del problema movió por completo su colchón y callo todo en el mío fue horrible

Staff was Extremely rude and unprofessional BEDBUGS!!!!

Worst experience in my life. Very dirty sinks and toilets, creaky beds and also I found bed bugs. I do not recommend to anyone.
