+ The staffs don’t know the process of allocating rooms and they made me wait longer. It’s so noise whole night as it was located above the pub and couldn’t sleep. Staffs are rude and no proper response. Bathroom was so tiny and not tidy. So hot inside and steps and pathway to the rooms is quite narrow.

- Booked week before was noisy and the staff are very very rude I booked again and had booked too many days so they wouldn’t let me stay!! Booking.com didn’t tell me there was a limit!! I explained I was stuck and had hardly any money left till I got paid and I would be left on the streets the manager didn’t care said I would be reimbursed 7/10 days which I still have not had refunded… they can take payment in seconds but takes 7/10 for a refund.. luckily I managed to borrow some money from a friend otherwise I would have had to sleep on the streets.. is this how you treat people?? Horrible horrible man I hope that nothing like this ever happens to you no compassion no thought for peoples struggles etc just a cash hungry parasite… do your self a favour don’t stay at this establishment you have been warned

- Evrything! This was my first visit to the UK, and unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was a complete disaster from day one. I had requested an early check-in — even just 5 minutes earlier — but the management, particularly someone named Luisa (or Loisa), was extremely inconsiderate. She responded that “even 1 minute early” was not allowed. That level of rigidity was already disappointing, but things got even worse. Despite booking in advance and receiving confirmation for a lower deck bed, I was placed in the upper deck upon arrival, with no explanation or apology. The worst part? I returned to the hostel late at night around 11:50 PM, only to find someone else sleeping in my assigned bed! All of my belongings had been removed and scattered around the room without any notice. This was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. After a long journey, all I wanted was a peaceful place to sleep — instead, I got chaos and stress. As for the environment, the noise level is terrible. One reviewer mentioned it’s like “sleeping on the streets” because of the loud music — and they were right. Even the hotel’s own notice board highlights this, which says a lot. The only positive thing about this place is the location, but that alone doesn’t make up for the poor management and lack of basic hospitality. Final thought: If you care about rest, respect, and a smooth stay — avoid this hotel at all costs.

It's nice to walk in and be greeted with smiles and warmth. The self check in was so easy and convenient I wished all establishments have that.
The location was great. However, it is above a pub and it was extremely loud at night. They provide ear plugs, but you could still hear a lot of noise through them. There also was no ac and you couldn’t open the windows without getting smoke in the room from the pub below. The bathrooms were fine, but you have to bring your own hand towel. There also weren’t any tables so it was hard to bring food to eat there.
The only drawback is the noise from the pub. But if you exhaust yourself walking around london all day like I did, the noise is an issue that earplugs can solve for you. I loved it. Definitely will be booking again.
+ De locatie was erg goed. Ze verschaffen oordopjes voor geluidsoverlast, aangezien het hostel zich boven een pub begeeft en er (live) muziek aanwezig kan zijn. De voorzieningen zijn prima geregeld.
- We verbleven met drie personen op een vierpersoonskamer, echter wisten wij niet of er nog een vierde persoon bij ons zou verblijven. Het was prettig geweest om deze informatie bij het inchecken te krijgen.

+ 이름은 기억나지 않지만 친절하고 미소 가득한 직원분 덕분에 기분이 좋았습니다. 샤워 시설이 좋습니다.
- 숙소에 들어가려면 pub 앞의 가드가 저를 붙잡습니다. 숙소 예약증 또는 디지털 키를 보여주시면 됩니다. 숙소 1층 pub이 새벽 2시까지 운영됩니다. 방음이 잘 되지 않지만 숙소 측에서 귀마개를 제공합니다. 냄새가 많이 나는 룸메이트와 하루를 보냈고, 새벽 3시까지 큰 소리로 youtube를 보는 룸메이트와 그 다음 날을 보냈습니다.

- Tem um pub que fica música alta até madrugada, não dá pra descansar direito. Banheiro muito apertado. O recepcionista não receptivo, não podia adiantar o check-in 5 min. se quer, daí atrasou em 1 hora pois não localizava a reserva e não fazia nada pra resolver. Só escadas então vai preparado e com pouca bagagem

I strongly advise against this hostel if you are a young traveller. ZERO social atmosphere, no common space other than the bar, which was always empty. The hostel should take into account your age to place you with similar aged guests. Unfortunately my friend and I were placed with various older men (40+) who snored all night. The room we had was way too small (shouldn’t have 8 beds in it) which led to it being smelly and stuffy all the time. Shared bathroom=issue. Good location, nice staff.
