Felt unsafe, not true to pictures! It looks like a prison and it was very dirty as well. I arrived late in the evening so there was no option to move places. I was awake because of the fire alarm at 2am. When I noticed I’ve got bed bugs, at the reception they were just laughing at me and didn’t take it serious. They said it was just a fly. I mean the bites were really bad and disgusting but their behaviour was even worse. Without an apoligy or refund I left the hostel with a terrible feeling. 🥲😞

BED BUGS. the staff were lovely and the entire place was a great hostel (besides the kitchen size) but i only slept two nights and i was COVERED in bed bug bites. i saw bites on other people that were staying in the communal area too, summer house management if you’re seeing this it’s time to replace the mattresses and clean the sheets more thoroughly or just burn them ASAP
