The location is central in Old Tbilisi, with major sights, cafés, and sulphur baths within walking distance. Rooms vary. Some are clean and comfortable enough, while others feel old, small, or worn, with thin mattresses, noisy beds, stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and weak sound insulation. Breakfast is usually simple, and the kitchen is available in the common area. Service is uneven, but not one-note: part of the team comes across as friendly and helpful, while other interactions can be blunt. Some arrivals find the hill approach steep, and the building also has practical quirks like limited bathrooms on some floors and occasional trouble with door locks, showers, or air conditioning.
