+ El dueño llegó borracho y el hostal olía súper mal
hostal sucio, recepcionistas malas, habia 4 huéspedes y estaba sucio. los baños un asco, la cocina sin comentarios. Por fin nos fuimos después de 10 minutos.
Dirty hostel, bad receptionists, there were 4 guests and it was dirty. the bathrooms a disgust, the kitchen no comments. we finally left after 10 minutes.
ARNAQUE. Ils se sont trompés sur le prix (on a payé le double) et ils n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser alors qu'il y avait une caméra au dessus de la réception. Ils ont refusés de nous montrer les videos de surveillance.
ARNAQUE. they got the price wrong (we paid double) and they didn't want to refund us even though there was a camera above the reception. they refused to show us the surveillance videos.
+ It was colorfully decorated.
- No working outlets in my room. Staff with no English (I understand I’m in a Spanish speaking country, but they advertised English speaking staff!) Kitchen always dirty. Countertops filthy and one ratty dirty towel to clean with. Pans and dishes put away dirty. Cigarette smoking in public spaces (kitchen). I left 5 days early.

- Que se pierden las cosas dentro de la habitación (en mi caso el celular) y justo en los mismos días que me hospedé a una chica española le sacaron dinero de su mochila dentro de su habitación también. Es falso lo que comenta el hostal como respuesta a mi comentario. El dueño quizo culpar a mi amigo del robo que sucedió dentro de la habitación. Claramente en los videos de seguridad se ve como yo entré al hostal y a la habitación con mi celular. El robo fué dentro del hostal igual que el dinero de la española. Ellos dicen que dos comentarios antes una española califica bien al hostal pero es falso porque a la chica que le robaron no viajaba sola, iba con una amiga a la que también quisieron culpar del robo. De hecho, invito a todos los viajeros a revisar los comentarios de este lugar en TRIPADVISOR y podrán darse cuenta que hay comentarios y quejas de robos desde años atrás... En el que igualmente el staff fué nefasto e intentó culpar a los mismos amigos de los viajeros. Que pena que sucedan este tipo de cosas.

Hostel was heel rustig (te rustig) en niet schoon. Het heeft veel potentie, maar is het allemaal net niet. Op Hostelworld staat dat er ontbijt inclusief is, maar dat is niet zo. Het personeel is wel erg vriendelijk.
Hostelworld says it includes breakfast, but that's not true. the staff is very friendly though.
Das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt. Jedoch haben wir hier Bettwanzen bekommen und die Mitarbeiter waren überhaupt nicht verwundert. Es wurde uns angeboten einen neuen Bettanzug zu bekommen.
The price-performance ratio is right, however we got bedspreads here and the staff were not at all surprised. we were offered a new bedspread.
Erg hard bed en slechte douche, kwamen 3 zachte stralen uit en daarnaast 2 dagen zonder water gezeten waarbij het toilet ook niet kon worden doorgespoeld. Overal ook erg koud in het hostel

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo ostello. Gli spazi sono belli, curati e piacevoli. Lo staff sempre disponibile,ho apprezzato molto anche i suggerimenti sulle cose da fare nei dintorni, davvero utili per vivere al meglio il posto. Consigliato!
I have been very comfortable in this hostel. the spaces are beautiful, neat and pleasant. the staff is always available, I very much appreciate also the suggestions on things to do in the surroundings, really useful to live the best of the place. recommended!

- servicio de regadera, me duche con agua fria 3 noches. los muebles rechinaban y se escuchaba todo en el pasillo. Lugar frio
I have a shower with cold water 3 nights. the furniture is rechinaban and you can hear everything in the hallway. cold place
+ Super clean and very friendly staff. (It's low season so the hostel was almost empty and I had a dorm just for me!)

+ *nettes personal *sehr ruhig im gesamten hostel *cooles roof zum in der sonne sitzen *ich hatte den ganzen frauenschlafsaal für mich alleine, das war purer luxus *gute heißen dusche *super helles zimmer *trinkwasser für die gäste
- *leider keinen anderen traveller, mit denen ich mich hätte etwas austauschen und reden können *keine vorhänge, heißt, sobald es hell wird,wacht man leider auf *die küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein *oft kein toilettenpapaier
+ Omar fue muy amable y nos recomendó cosas que hacer. Está muy bien que se puedan reservar excursiones y shuttles desde el hostal. La cocina está en la terraza y es muy bonita. Buena relación calidad-precio
- Pagamos por una habitación con baño, pero no tenían agua caliente así que teníamos que usar los baños de fuera. Hubieron dias donde el hostal era muy ruidoso, las únicas horas donde se podía dormir bien eran de 12am a 7am lo cual no es ideal si necesitas descansar. Estaría bien que implantaran un horario silencioso para que los huéspedes puedan descansar. Pero a pesar de eso el hostal estaba muy bonito y muy bien ubicado.

+ I arrived really late due to missing my check in at another hostel. The night worker was really lovely - he answered my call quickly and showed me to my room with a warm and welcoming attitude. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the building itself is really charming. I didn’t use the kitchen as I went to check in at my original booking early on, and the utensils seemed a little limited, but otherwise a really excellent property.

Good price but a bit more of walk from centre and a longer walk from the bus station. Very quiet hostel and very empty dorm rooms, but mayhe off season. No food and drink being served does not help. I had to go to another hostel to book tours that had more people as they were more socialable.
+ The staff are really friendly and nice people, the space is clean and nicely decorated, the wifi is strong, the kitchen is well equipped, the room had cozy blankets, there is free drinking water, great location, hot water
- The people are really nice but it's a family home and there is so much noise in the morning - there should be quiet hours at least from 11pm-8am. It was hard to sleep even though I paid for a private room. Apart from this, it was great but being able to sleep is so important. Otherwise this place is great
