Very romantic vibes but unfortunately left with more than just love bites - bed bug bites too.

This place is an absolute joke for the price you pay, Just got off a 13 hour flight, our rooms right next to a busy road where the alarms ring every 20 minutes for the bridge to lift up and let boats go through. bugs in the bed, loud noise from other people staying in there, front door didn’t shut properly. Spoke to the staff about it, they don’t seem to care. Left at 2am and sorted another accommodation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I booked this dump not knowing any thing about it, When i got there the cab driver ask if I wanted to stay. Not knowing what I was in for I stayed I;m 83 years old And had to go up 3 floors.When I was at the room I was told the bathroom was for 3 rooms. The room and bath were old and not clean at all I didn't sleep in the bed, just sat on it all night, You could see light all around the door and people talking till 1: 30 in the morning No place to eat around there. Having a long day on 2 planes to get there didn't help. Great place to get bed bugs is all I can say for this dump. I had to pay $ 215.00 even the price you see is not real

We stayed here after a cruise for a night, and it was a mistake. We took a “deal” from Booking but later on we found out there were better places for the same price. We booked a private room with shared bathroom, there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower for 7+ rooms. During the night there was a lot of noise outside, our room was facing the street. Cleanliness was meh, we found dead bugs on the wall. The morning after we found alive bugs on the bed (not bed bugs). It smells like really old houses/mold. There’s nothing around the area and feels unsafe at night.. an Uber driver recommended us to not walk at night. However it is 5 minutes away from Brickell/Bayside Marketplace by car. Employees were good and let us store our bags for free.

This should not be considered a hotel. This is the bare minimum you can get as far as amenities go, yet they charge $200 a night. You pretty much are staying in a lot of old houses that have locks on each of the bedroom doors... Like a college house. Also be prepared for a $10 a night “experience fee”. The rooms were disgusting- we found trash, uncovered mattresses, AND bed bugs! The mattresses are all twin sized and look like they were found on the side of the road. All of the outlets in the room were uncovered, which is a huge fire hazard. There was also no air conditioning- just ceiling fans! In Miami... Really? Communication with the manager was non-existent. The front desk agent refused to get the manager, or give us her contact information. The front desk refused to refund our stay, we had to go through Selina’s headquarters. We had to go through two representatives in the app to get help, which took hours of waiting to hear back. It took the reps over 3 weeks to even hear back from their own managers at this location. Eventually, we were helped and were refunded for our stay, but it didn’t happen without a fight. We were looking forward to trying something different. It looks trendy and fun, but I promise you it would be better (and safer) to spend $200 on a name-brand hotel.
