+ Nothing they are not helping to anything

+ I was able to drop off my luggage before my check-in time. It was a nice. The hostel’s location wasn’t too far from the center. Still, it’s important to be careful at night.

- That was the WORST hostel experience for me. Please read carefully what I have written. I stayed in room 6 "Riga" which has digital door lock. On the morning of my check-out, I got ready and left the room for personal needs. Later, when I wanted to enter the room again to get my luggage, the code didn’t work when I entered it. Since it was 8 in the morning, there was no one at the reception. There was one person in the room, but even though I knocked on the door several times, they didn’t open it. I tried to reach someone from the reception. The person I messaged asked how I found their number instead of helping me. Half an hour later, a hotel staff member came to the hostel, opened the door by scanning his finger, and I was able to catch my flight. The door code was changed without informing me, and because of that, I almost missed my flight. Also, I had made my reservation as a male dormitory, but on the last evening when I came, there were 2 women staying in the room.

+ İt is too close to center.

- The kitchen is too small.It is only for 3 pepple. Rooms are not clean. İt has taken 3 days to fix our room's door.

+ Konumu çok iyiydi, mutfak kullanışlıydı.

- Resepsiyon görevlisi çok kabaydı ve davranışları bizi çok rahatsız etti.

+ I liked nothing here, terrible place.

- Very rude personnel,/manager, stopped understanding english (ok, she didn't understand much anyways cos she speaks pretty much only russian) as soon as i mentioned her about the snorer that i spotted in the same room where i was booked. I wanted to cancel my reservation but got no help or offer for a refund so i had to stay in the same room as the snorer who was terrorizing the whole room with his all night lasting loud snoring. In a good hostel the staff would do something about such problems just as well as they should do with any other major problems that are seriously disturbing other guests' sleep (such as loud noise, bad smells, aggressive behaviour etc.). But unfortunately too many places (such as this one) dont do anything about these snorers, even when made a complaint.

+ Sijainti oli jossain slummissa rakennustyömaan jälkeen ja kuumottavalla katu-alueella. Turistit sekoili ja sitten sinne tuli vartija. Olipa kiva yllätys näin matkatyöläisen näkökulmasta, kun Liberty Airessa kaikki meni normaalisti.

- Roskiksessa näkyi kaljatölkkejä ja hetkeä myöhemmin tuntematon nainen meni portaissa veitsen kanssa näyttäen siltä että hän on valmis käyttämään sitä. Kun asiasta huomautettiin, hän tiuski että sehän ei muille kuulu jos hän juoksee veitsen kanssa käytävällä. Samassa tilassa oli seinän takana eri perheen lapsia. Tilassa oli pummeja, jotka tekivät tahallaan vääriä ilmoituksia kannellakseen ulkomaalaisista vieraista kassalle. Keittiö oli erittäin pieni ja siellä käyminen on ahdistavaa, koska sinne tulee vihaisen oloisia maahanmuuttajia sekä turisteja. Kassatyöntekijät väärinkäyttää oikeuksiaan ja voivat peruuttaa matkavarauksen sillä perusteella, että keittiön ovi on suljettu liian lujaa, se uhkailu tuli ihan yllätyksenä kun siellä vaan teki ruokaa. Sitten jos asiasta kysyy, mitä todisteita on, ne vaan sanoo että hänen sana riittää ja tyttö peruutti varauksen minuutin varoitusajalla. Hullu paikka, en menis uudelleen ja läheltä piti tilanteita oli paljon, koska ne oli laittaneet 4 sänkyä yhden hengen huoneeseen jossa tilaa ei jäänyt yhtään ja sitten kun sinne tulee 2 ihmistä kuorsaamaan niin pinna on todella kireä kun siellä ei voi nukkua. Lisäksi henkilökunta laittoi joka päivä pesukoneen juoksemaan seinän taakse päiväsaikaan, joten siellä ei periaatteessa voinut nukkua yö eikä päiväsaikaan, ja jos tämä ärsyttää, heidän asenne on ihan sama.

- The staff was extremely unfriendly. I have travelled a lot, and I have never experienced people at the reception that were so rude, so arrogant, and so unforthcoming. My recommendation: Find another hostel

+ Schöne freundliche Einrichtung

- Reisende, die in der Küche stinkenden Essen zubereiten, gefühlt 3 Tage lang zu jeder Mahlzeit

+ Jaukus hostelis, kambariuose šilta, patogios lovos. Net atsidarius langą naktį nebuvo triukšminga. Labai mandagus, draugiškas ir paslaugus "reception" personalas, taip pat pavaišino visa lėkšte vaisių asorti. Vieta arti centro, šalia daug privačių automobilių parkavimo aikštelių. Savaitgalį galima nemokamai parkuotis gatvėje.

- Sunkiai užsidarinėja vionios durys. Kambaryje nušvietė kelios lemputės (perdegusios).

+ Atsaucigs personāls, varēju vienoties saņemt atslegas nedaudz ātrāk,. Nummurs tirs, pat ļoti silts, bet apkuri iespejams regulēt, samazinot plūsmu radiatorā. Tualete duša kopēja uz vairākām istabām, atbilstoši aprakstam, nakti ar piekļuvi problēmu nebija! Izrakstīšanās laiks -līdz 13iem, kas ir ļoti komfortabli, ja esi vēlu naktī atgriezies no pasākuma,var atpūsties no rita. Gulta ērta, bez pretenzijām! Recepcijā pieejama bezmaksas tēja/kafija

- Troksnis koridorā! No rita tiek atvērtas un tāda veidā nostirpinātas koridora durvis uz kāpņu telpu. Mājā jau tā ir ļoti plānas sienas, bet šeit vēl durvis vaļā , visiem numuros jāklausās, kā pirmā stāva koridora kāds auro pa telefonu ar siltajām zemēm :D, pusstundu neapstājoties. Pat ausu aizbāžņi izrādijas bezspēcigi !
