- The hotel located between 2 central clubs and high sound from the club every day from 10.00 pm till 05:00 am....it was impossible to sleep well because of the very very high sound from the clubs
+ la seule chose de bien avec l’hôtel est l’emplacement le rester à jeter à la poubelle.
- Les réceptionniste ont essayer de me voler 2000 bahts car à cause de leurs sable rose à la piscine mes draps sont devenues roses, est-ce que on devrait pas le savoir au moment du check in peut être ? des vraies voleurs comme la police ils commencent a faire en faites. le ménage c’est a dire que il est fait en 3 mins ils changent même pas les serviettes et draps tous les jours car ils ont peut être pas l’habitude de se laver tous les jours. N’allez pas dans cette hôtel ou il est impossible de dormir même a 2h00 du matin et ils vont vous taxer de l’argent quand ils vont voir que vous consommez pas dans leurs hôtels.
+ L’emplacement sur Chaweng et le personnel .
- Si vous cherchez un hôtel « cosy » au calme c’est pas celui là , Parcontre si vous êtes en mode fête allez y . Il y pas grand chose qu’on a aimé à vrai dire ! Et quelle horreur cette musique toute la nuit de la boîte de nuit de dessous …!!! Encore que la journée il y a de la musique c’est sympa .. mais du coup avoir de la musique de 12h à 7h du matin l’horreur . Les chambres sont super mal isolés. Et le pire … pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres !

- There is a club next to this hotel operating until after 3AM everyday. The sound literally comes as if you are inside the party. It is so loud so noisy beat so extremely high and ugly I didn’t sleep a second throughout my stay. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I had. It’s torture. It’s horrible. Avoid at any cost. And it wasn’t related to the already communicated parties inside the hotel. The club is unrelated and they have no control over it.
+ Didn't like it wouldn't stay there again. The widow didn't open know fresh air .I don't mind music but wen you won't sleep the music started at 10 pm and didn't finish till 5am so the only time you can sleep from 5am all day so you miss out on the day so won't stay here again
- Oooo aswell I had a ants 🐜 in my room and told the staff and thay wasn't bothered about it
- I closed for two weeks. There was a case where I had to travel to Copenhagen for 3 days (2 nights), and I asked if it was possible, because I am a customer with you every year for a long period, to freeze these 2 nights and continue them after I returned from Copenhagen, especially since I wanted to continue for another month at this hotel, until the end of December. They told me that this was not possible, and I lost 2 nights after staying with you for long periods. Because of the lack of response for 2 nights, I left and went to another hotel after the end of my stay, and closed for a whole month. I will not come back to you again.

came here as a group, but met more friends in the end. vibe is awesome. all staff were helpful.
It’s expected when you go to a social/party hostel there will be loud music playing at night, but this hostel is on a new level. It would be fine if there was actually a good/social vibe and people were hanging out, but the problem is there was no one there. There was music blasting so loud until 3am that the walls in our room were shaking and we barely slept. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are nice but besides that I would not recommend staying here.

Ich war hier total gern ein Gast! Super Lage und Mega liebe und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Betten richtig bequem. Allgemein hat mir das Hostel super gut gefallen. Pool und alles drumherum war super! Viele Sitzplätze und Mega Atmosphäre um neue Leute kennen zu lernen!
Ich war hier total gern ein Gast! Super Location and Mega liebe and friendly Staff. Rooms and Bedrooms were clean. Beds were really comfy. Overall I liked the Hostel super gut. Pool and everything else was great! Lots of seating and Mega Atmosphere to meet new people!
The hostel as huge potential to be such a nice party/social hostel but the events are poorly planned and (I think) there are no reps working here to create the atmosphere. The check in process is SO long and also the key to our didn’t work for 3/5 days we stayed there. Kind of annoying to keep complaining about it. But the pool area is nice and there are many sunbeds. Also, good location close to everything in Chaweng.
Great hostel, super social! Rooms were very nice and it was great having storage by the bed. Bathrooms were modern and it was super easy to make friends! Central location so it’s super close to many restaurants and bars
Great hostel and such great value!. The staff were polite and helpful whilst the facilities were some of the best I've experienced in Thailand. Right in the heart of town too and the tours are fantastic!
Was here during Songkran, positives are the lovely staff, comfy beds and great room layout, plus location is in the middle of all the fun. Unfortunately showers weren’t cleaned everyday so floors got pretty nasty. Bar/pool area played loud music til late into the night so defo bring earplugs.

Great hostel, good people, Very sociable. Annabel and Petong were great fun around the hostel.
This hostel is amazing. Best hostel I’ve stayed in Thailand. The rooms are amazing. They are really clean and you have your own space. Even a balcony! The entertainment is also great and the location is perfect.
Least social hostel I’ve been in in my 6 weeks of travelling, rooms themselves are good but that’s about the only good thing I have to say about this hostel

Eveything was amazing apart from the system they have going on at reception. They have one person in peak periods when 10 plus people are trying to check in. Check in process is very very long. If you want to speak to reception you have to wait for 3 groups check in before you can even speak to them. Considering how big the hostel is it needs wayyyyyy more attention at reception.
The hostel was such a good vibe. good people, good music. Annabel and Petong were brilliant reps!!
Nice party vibes on the weekends. The staff were nice and friendly. Beer pong with Petong and Annabell was fun! Won free drinks for winning the game haha
