A place to avoid. The staff isn't very friendly and is only interested in money. The accommodation is dirty and full of cat hair. There's no Wi-Fi or breakfast, even though they're included in the booking. When I asked for compensation, they told me it's the cheapest place in town and that it's ridiculous to ask for Wi-Fi and breakfast, which I've already paid for.

Been travelling for 6 months in South America and this is categorically the most horrific place I’ve seen. No staff present, the other guests (working men not travellers) showed us the only free room guessing it was for us. The bed was filthy and had ‘used tissues’ down the side, the room freezing and dirty, and the bathroom disgusting. We arrived late at night so spent a few hours huddled round the tiny heater before leaving as soon as the sun came up and going elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HE...

Llegamos y no había nadie, esperamos 40 minutos afuera. No tenían nuestra reserva e hicieron la pieza en el momento, estaba sucia la habitación con confort y un corta uñas desarmando debajo de “la mesa de noche”. No había gas para cocinar ni tampoco agua caliente.

This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were absolutely filthy. We booked with plenty of advance and when we arrived they said that there was a problem with our private room. This happened to FOUR other people with their private rooms too. The next day when we got given the ‘room that we booked’, they only gave us one single bed for me and my partner. Other people couldn’t check in until 11pm - there never seems to be a staff member there.

Unfortunately we ended up having to leave this hostel. We were in one of the garden cabins and the whole garden and inside of our cabin smelled of petrol fumes. We didn’t manage to find the manager all day to ask any questions. Not the best experience

Cuando llegue no había nadie para recibirme , llamé y nadie contestó ….. perdí mi dinero de reserva Tuve q irme a buscar a otro lugar no lo recomiendo para nada

I would never stay here again. Horribly dirty, no way to lock your accommodation, bed was filthy, place smelled terribly. We have been traveling for six months and this is the worst accommodation we have come across. Avoid.

El lugar tiene potencial, es grande, espacioso, varios baños, campings pero debe administrarse mejor, el jabon no se puede rendir con agua en los baños, de ahi pueden salir enfermedades, hay que procurar el bienestar de todos los huespedes. Normalmente muchas personas llegan tipo 10 pm del parque nacional torres del paine, debe procurarse el orden, se entiende que lleguen con hambre pero tambien hay gente durmiendo. No hay lockers en absoluto. Deben administrar mejor el uso de camas.

Best if you head straight to the location and chat with them! Online booking is good, but in-person you can find out more about the space and what is available. I had an incredible time staying at Refugio Liquen—It was like coming home at the end of the day with people hanging out, but in a really calm way. There were often people making dinner, having a BBQ, and chatting after adventures. I would definitely go back next time I am in Puerto Natales!

Personnel pas très accueillant et n’hésite pas à mettre l’enceinte forte à côté de vous quand vous êtes au téléphone. Lieu très mal isolé et bruyant. Les salles de bain ne sont pas très propres.. Mais les lits sont confortables.

Foul! Left within 5 mins of arriving. Looked nothing like the photos. The entire place was disgusting, even dirt all over the “fresh” linen on the bed. The backyard looked like a rubbish tip, rubbish everywhere, old appliances, a blow up boat? Rubbish all out the front, dogs running around. Check in time is also misstated The whole place was shaking and was in terrible condition. Extremely dirty and also not in a great location. Avoid!! I don’t understand how this place h...

staff was not nice or easy to communicate with online or in person. however the hostal space is very cute and a short walk from the bus station. i always check for bed bugs and did not find any and they have a very sweet cat and huge plum tree. honestly i would stay again since it was the cheapest hostel.

El dueño del hostal es invisible, es muy dificil contactar con él, habitualmente no sabe que tiene que recibirte, basicamente tienes que perseguirle para poder pagarle, que te haga el check in, y que te prepare una cama. Unas compañeras del hostal de hecho reservaron, y dos de ellas estuvieron durmiendo en su coche porque no le llegaron a ver en ningun momento y no tenían cama. El hostal está siempre abierto y puede entrar cualquier persona, aunque se dice que nunca pasa nada

El personal ayuda en lo que puede, llegue tardísimo y pusieron de su parte para que durmiera en la calle. Es tranquilo el lugar y si puedes ir di que prefieres dormir en las cabañas de fuera, aun el baño este fuera de estas. vas a estar más tranquilo. la cocina está equipada, lo único que debería de tener un poco más de mantenimiento en el tema de la limpieza, por lo demás genial y lo recomiendo

Hostel extrêmement sale (nous nous sommes douché 2 soirs de suite avec des limaces dans la douche). Quand nous sommes arrivés les draps n’avait pas été changé et la réponse qu’on a eu était « des gens y ont dormi cet après midi ». Nous avons dormi dans une cabane sur un lit où l’on sentait les ressorts posé au sol. Gros + pour le chauffage qu’il ne faut pas hésiter à demander. Arrêt de bus à 5min à pied.

Si vous voulez faire des économies venez ici MAIS les sanitaires sont sales, la cuisine également. Le check in est un peu catastrophique. J’ai dormi dans une chambre où il faisait extrêmement froid malgré le chauffage. L’hostel est proche du terminal de bus

The kitchen is very dirty. People were partying all night and not letting us sleep. They should set rules so that we can rest for hours without making noise.

Cet hostal est bien placé et il est satisfaisant mais: - nous nous sommes fait voler de la nourriture dans le frigo. L’état du frigo laisse à désirer, il n’y a pas d’étagères ce qui peut inciter au vol. - l’hygiène laisse n’est pas au top il n’y avait pas tout le temps du papier toilettes par exemple - les toilettes ont une odeur d’égoûts

Die Küche des Hostels war sehr dreckig und die ganze Zeit war die Katze in der Küche (auf der Spüle und Lebensmitteln etc). Außerdem war der Kühlschrank extrem dreckig und unsere Lebensmittel wurden ohne uns zu fragen weg geschmissen. Wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, was wir eigentlich gebucht hatten und mussten außerdem zusätzlich nach dem 1. Tag nochmal das Zimmer wechseln. Erst nach 4. nachfragen wurde uns eine Decke gegeben, weil wir nur eine in unserem refugio hatte.

Muito bom e muito vibes. A galera é bem tranquila. Para mochileiros sem frescura.

Auberge de jeunesse très dynamique, les petites cabanes en bois sont très confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les salles de bain possèdent une eau bien chaude. Nous y avons passé deux très bonnes nuits. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
