+ מיקום טוב וזה הדבר היחיד. גם הצוות היה נחמד ועזר לנו בביטול העסקה.

- עזבנו מיד לא יכלנו להשאר שם. חדר מזוהם, קרוע, אפלולי..פונה לסמטה עם ארובה שלא מאפשרת לנשום. הכל שבור.

+ Otelde sevilecek hiçbirşey yok. Asansöründen merdiven boşlıklarına, koridor ve odada ki halılara kadar heryer pislik içinde.. odada ki perdeler muhtemelen yıllardır yılanmamış pislikten rengi kararmış, sigara delikleri bulunan sokakta görseniz üzerine basmayacağınız pislikteydi. Yataklar fena anlatılmaz.. camların önü kuş pislikleri ile dolu odada uçuşan sinekler vs ne ararsanız vardı.. tekrar kalmak şöyle dursun sokağından geçmem p kadar leş bir yer..

- Otelde sevilecek hiçbirşey yok. Çok eski fotoğraflara bakıp aldanmamak iazım.. kesinlikle değil ailecek tek başona kalınacak bir yer değil.

- חדר מלוכלך. שטיחים מטונפים. ברחתי משם.

+ My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. The room and bathroom were extremely small, and the shower pressure was so harsh (can say skin peeling bath shower) that it was uncomfortable to use. The curtains and carpet were dirty, and the towels provided were torn, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Housekeeping staff were rude and did not clean the room properly – all they did was leave water bottles without actually tidying or maintaining cleanliness. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

- Gece 12 de girdim sular akmıyordu. Hijyen kötü . Halılar çok kirli lekeli. Minibarda kola patlamış öylece duruyordu .

- Персонал кухни именно женщина которая занимается посудой она хамит и сделала замечание когда мы взяли 6 овсяных печенье и она нам сказала что нам запрещено менеджерами их брать хотя у нас завтрак оплачен мы были целый месяц из них раз 10 на завтрак не ходили а когда взяли печенье она выскочила и начала запрещать и придумывать что это менеджеры запретили . В номерах требуется ремонт в зоне кондиционера плесень , ковролин на полу очень грязный в пятнах прям неприятно было ходить , девочки на ресепшене и на уборке молодцы очень приятные особенно Зоя она была очень любезной, но женщина с кухни которая моет посуду очень испортила впечатление мы считаем что то печенье этого не стоило .

+ Das einzigste was gut bei diesem Hotel ist, ist die Lage.

- Das Hotel war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Alles wirkte schmutzig und unhygienisch. Das Badezimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, und der ehemals beige Teppichboden war voller Flecken. Die Fenster waren mit Schmutz bedeckt. Das Frühstück war unappetitlich, die Tische klebrig und es waren überall Insekten zu sehen, was es uns unmöglich machte, dort zu essen. Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

- أولاً : الفندق لا يستحق التقييم الذي لديه .. ثانياً : الغرفة سيئة جداً ليس مثل الوصف الذي في موقع البوكينج ثالثاً : توجد رائحة سيئة في الغرفة و السجاد عليه بقع أيضاً و ورق الجدران مفتوحه و يوجد صوت مزعج في التكييف .. انا حجزت الغرفة على تقييم الناس لكن عندما ذهب تفاجات انه الغرفة عكس الوصف تماماً .. .. طلب منهم غرفة سرير مزدوج لكن لم يكن مريح أبداً و أيضاً الفراش لكن يكن نظيف بالصورة المطلوبه

- Rooms dont have much lights furniture and carpet was too old and smelly no view AC was not working well

+ A clean and tidy room with a view of a quiet street. The hotel is conveniently located near the baths, which was especially important for me. There are many cafes and various shops within walking distance. I would also like to highlight the helpful staff: they assisted with my luggage and allowed me to check in early.

+ Проживали вдвоем с мужем в номере N202 Двухместный номер с 1 ĸроватью и балĸоном. Расположение отеля просто идеальное!!! Рядом все достопримечательности старого города. Есть рядом хорошее круглосуточное кафе Samikitno. Номер был с балконом N202 с потрясающим видом на старый город🤩👍🏻 Кровать удобная, теплый с кондиционером. Душ с хорошим напором и горячей водой(это важно в старом здании) Уборка номера каждый день. Прекрасные девушки всегда оставляли воду и душевые принадлежности. Тапочки были в наличии. По просьбе дать халаты, дали только один. По просьбе на ресепшен дали термометр. Завтраки хорошие! 👍🏻 Работники отеля очень приятные люди🫶🏻 Вылет был ночной, услуги позднее выселение нет, заплатили за полные сутки.

- Ремонт номера уставший, отсутствие холодильника в номере

- Grateful to be upgraded but not good that you have to Discover yourself two days later that Your family also was downgraded. It is better to tell upfront that you don’t have the rooms we booked if tjat was the case.

+ The atmosphere of the hotel is great. Nice friendly professional staff. Good breakfast, clean, cozy room with a great city view. I was offered an upgrade as my room was not ready early check in. The service is great!

- Кровать с одной стороны была кривой, в форме лодки.

+ The location right in the center in the old city from where you can easily get anywhere. Great location

- When I arrived there was no water the guy at the reception made me realize that it was a common problem for everyone. After my insistence they hung up the water and it was there regularly. They hadn't even warned. Arriving from Italy after a day between planes and airports anyone wants to take a shower. A 4-star hotel cannot respond to a customer like this. For the text ok.

+ Very pretty breakfast view

- Room view was disappointing, I couldn’t keep the curtain open during the daytime as it was directly facing the street

+ Everything was wonderful. The location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the Old Town just steps away from the sulfur baths and Meidan Square. The place is beautiful, spotless, and the staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

+ המיקום מרכזי מאד. חדרים נחמדים. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. מכיוון שהיינו קבוצה, התכתבי עם המלון, היינו צריכים מקום כדי להתוודע ביחד, וגם ביקשתי לחמם אוכל מסויים ביום אחד, ולא נתנו לנו. בכל מלון אחר יכולתנו גם להתרכז ולדבר, ושם לא היתה אפשרות, למרות שבכניסה היה להם מקום, אך כל דבר הפריע להם. גם להשתמש במכשיר חשמלי מהמטבח או חימום לא הסכימו. חבל. אני באה עם קבוצות וזה דבר ששולל את האפשרות לחזור לשם, למרות שהמקום מרכזי מאד.
