Green House Hostel Tbilisi

false advertising, lack of professionalism, The lady at the office wouldn't take the responsability for the false advertising on the app. so guys if you go there I just want to let you know that theres no 24 hours services, no security guard 24h, to store the luggage its a "favor" and not a service and for the rest like breakfast or others commodities I cant tell because I immediately shift to another and better hostel. If you are the owners change the details of your place on this app.

The house is really nice and clean, and the woman who run the place is kinda friendly. I didn’t like the dorm set: beds didn’t have curtains and since some were in a row you could have an unpleasant face-face to sleep with your bed neighbour, also the were not shelf for upper beds where to put your phone or water or anything. There were not any lockers so it means everybody just leave backpack and belongings around the room, which is not nice to see and non hygienic, I reckon.

Homestay vibes rather then a hostel which you need to consider before you stay. Lovely house with all the amenities of home. Quite, but social with small number of guests. Location is quite and about 10-15 walk from shops and main city.

I felt so welcome. The hostle owner was really nice and the hostle felt super safe. Everything was very clean as well. I had nice chats with the other travelers there and enjoyed my stay.

It's a nice hostel with good facilities. Friendly host! It's quit away from the city centre, restaurants and sightseeing stuff. I would have liked curtains in the dorm room.

Cozy, friendly, and relaxed—a nice contrast to larger, messier hostels. The owner was incredibly helpful with tips and recommendations. I wish I had more time to explore Georgia! The vibe is warm, but some organized social activities would help guests connect more easily. Also, the kitchen lacked basic cookware—specifically a frying pan and a saucepan. With a few small improvements, it could be ideal for solo travelers seeking comfort and connection.

It is close to major sights,transport, in a quiet area, access to the kitchen. dorm beds spaced out well. More like a home stay and not a hostel. At arrival to drop off bag after flying for 2 days from North America, she tells me she is busy. I asked for wifi code and she looked at me as if request was odd. She insisted I stay outside. When I noted I needed something in bag, I turned to go back in but discovered she had locked the door in the meantime.

Good place for living is very close to downtown

Maia is a wonderful host, she was very helpful and her home is lovely. We spend two nights there and felt very good and welcomed!

Top hostel i ever stayed! The host maia is super welcoming and keeps the place really clean. More of a chill vibe during my stay, people were really cool as well. I absolutely recommend it if you come to Tbilisi!

My first hostel in Georgia and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! Maia is so friendly and helped me with recommendations on where to eat, things to see etc. I definitely would recommend staying here, the location was perfect- super close to Tbilisi old city. Also had a couple of very cute kitties to keep you company when hanging out in the courtyard or balcony!

Maia is a wonderful host and made my stay amazing. The hostel was a home away from home for me and was just what I needed to explore Tbilisi. The dorm was cosy and looked out onto a lovely balcony area and the showers were perfect. Maia’s cousin Nina was also very helpful when giving suggestions of places to go and things to see. A perfect hostel for feeling welcome upon arrival, many recommendations of what to do in Tbilisi, kind staff and travelers, and clean accommodation. I only wish I could have stayed longer. You must visit the city and feel like you have a second home at Green House Hostel.

Overall the hostel was very nice. Very clean and homey, it almost felt like a home stay and the owner is very sweet and will give your recommendations for food and things to do! Not in the city center but not far from old town and other interesting areas of the city. I was there in winter but fairly quiet as the hostel isn’t very big.

Ein kleines gemütliches Hostel am Rande der Altstadt. Ich hatte eine super Zeit dort. Maia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat immer gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee umsonst und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Ich kann das Green House Hostel jedem empfehlen der ein ruhiges, familiäres Hostel in Tiflis sucht.

Maia was amazing. The facilities were decent. Great for the budget. She gave me several good recommendations for food. She was a truly pleasant, down to earth host. This hostel feels more like a home, not like these modern day chain hostel that are trying to upsell everything to you. You can tell she just wants to help. Thank you, Maia.

This is easily one of the best hostel I've ever been in, great position and facilities. Maia is truly a wonderful host, she'll give you great recommendations for everything and is very present for any kind of problem.

Saw all the reviews and glad i listened to them. Genuinely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. Maia is a wonderful person and brilliant host, as is her cousin Nino. The house has so much character and the atmosphere makes you feel as if you are at home the second you walk in, cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to coming back.

Maia was an insanely good host. The hostel is her home which she opens to guests and takes care of you like she is your mother. I can’t say enough good things about the overall experience.

Lovely little hostel! Very intimate and social, perfect for chilling out after a long journey. Really good facilities and the host Maia is amazing and cares so much for her guests. Would definitely recommend!!

Maia is an amazing host and kept the place clean and very cosy. Stayed here twice when I came back to Tbilisi. Definitely recommend staying here for a short or long stay, both are great 🙌

Amazing place to stay in Tibilisi! Me and a mate stayed here in a twin room and had a good sleep no problem. The host was fantastic and couldn't be any more helpful. If you're looking for a great base in Tibilisi to then go and explore this is the perfect guest house to stay :)

The hostess is utterly amazing, she gave our so many nice tips and local advice; as on where to go to restaurants and stuff. Would highly recommend this hostel.
