I found bed bugs in my room, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I reported the issue, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful instead of addressing the problem. I would not recommend this hostel until they improve cleanliness and customer service."

It would be a great hostel if it weren't completely overrun with bed bugs. So stay away!!!
