Bedbugs here. Staff very unfriendly and kick other guests out because they complained about the bed bugs. Don't stay here until they fix it

MONEY STOLEN WHILST SLEEPING Four nights into my stay on 5th Feb, I took a short nap between the hours of 2pm and 4pm during which time the maids came into the room to change some bed sheets. At the time, I was awoken slightly as I felt something brush my rear, but not enough to fully wake me. It was only after I had been out for dinner and went to pay, that I realised 2500 Baht (around £60) had been STOLEN from my wallet that had been in my BACK POCKET. Having complained to reception, the ‘manager’ believed there were only 3 maids working between the specified times. She kept asking me to identify who I thought it was, even though I explained to her multiple times I had been asleep at the time! Essentially called me a liar, and was completely unwilling to investigate, despite there being CCTV in the room. The hostel itself is also very noisy, and the air conditioning is also turned off between 12pm and 6pm. A girl within my room experienced bed bugs as well - she was bitten all over, refused a refund, and made to move rooms instead. Will not be staying here again.
