+ SCAM & RUDE STAFF HOSTEL IN THAILAND: If u compliant about room not clean the reception lady will threaten u saying she will call cops😀😀 There was nothing to point out the likeable. We booked the room for 4nights. But room was horrible. No AC cooling, no hot water in washroom, bedsheets were stinking. And above all, The lady at the reception was SO RUDE and disrespectful. When we complained about the room and asked for a refund saying we will checkout on Day1 itself. she said ' Her boss doesn't like refunds and SHE WILL CALL POLICE ' We were like, 'Please call, and we would like to see how Thailand cops handle such scams run by the Thai Hostels😀😀. And she dint call😀😀 Jokes apart, this kind of response and behaviour was totally unacceptable. Their intention is only MONEY and no service. We left the 3nights cost (we couldn't stay in the room for long...ew) with the hotel as CHARITY and left the place. The room was different from what was shared in the image. I will never ever suggest this place even to my enemies. Funny receptionist and worst service 😀

- Terribile poco da aggiungere. I 53€ spesi peggio nella mia vita. Di buono solo la posizione Lenzuola lerce, camera umida con macchie ovunque.

+ The location is nice of this building.

- No water call in Washroom . It’s been a poor quality .As a tourist place hostel is not good in service .Need to ensure washroom quality , changing room , High comod, not available dust bean ,have no place to keep luggage, In under staff gathering was huge and drunk people gathering is more . One of indecent people there staying still now , Who looks 6 feet black,he is disturbing maximum tourist people.Please find out him and safe tourist people.

- Énorme différence entre les photos et l’endroit, nous étions au dernier étage, la chambre ne ressemblais en rien aux photos ! Qui dit dernier étage dit endroit où visiblement les femmes de ménages vivent / font la lessive… très bruyant ! Je ne recommande absolument pas, FUYEZ !

- Dalla struttura, al personale ai servizi della camera (essenziali quali doccia, senza cabina e tenda, rischio allagamento, presa a muro non funzionante, no sapone per le mani, pagato un balcone inutilizzabile, un separio bloccava la porta) pulizie superficiali e potrei continuare ma mi limito a questo, Non lo consiglio! Ci siamo spostati in un altra struttura allo stesso prezzo molto migliore

+ one of the worst accommodation i have stayed in! The specific accommodation is a hostel which also has rooms (in which we stayed) in the opposite building. When we arrived we were greeted by a little girl of about 15 years old to check us in. The regular employee was lying on a sofa next to the reception and watching TV! When he got up and came to the reception she asked for our passports to rent us a scooter. We explained to her that we need the passports to exchange currency and if she can make a photocopy of the passport. She treated us aggressively and told us that she is not care! Then they put us in some old rooms that didn't have a fridge! With the unbearable heat in Patong and there was no refrigerator! In the evenings we could not sleep because in front of the reception at a table, seat customers of the same hostel and made a fuss until late smoking cannabis which is sold by the accommodation itself!! The worst!

+ Rien tout était nul

- Le personnel est hyper désagréable, le logement sale, la chambre au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. A aucun moment le personnel n’essaye de faciliter ses clients pour avoir une bonne expérience, ils sont inflexibles et ne font qu’appliquer des règles internes très nombreuses et ne font même pas preuve de compassion ou d’humanité.

+ Location is good for party goers, close to bars & restaurants. Night reception staff apologised to me the morning after trying to kick me out

- • All dorms showers had weak pressure and cold - warm water • WiFi cuts out in the rooms • 15cm gap between curtain and top of bed so people can see into your bed TLDR; rude staff and owner lock dorm and force me to move room at 1am or leave hostel because aircon doesn’t work, offer refund then redact offer when I attempt to cancel to keep their booking.com account, then try make me check out a day early and pay a late fee • First dorm I was in the aircon had stopped working • Reception locked the dorm and told me all my things had been packed and were at reception (this wasn’t true they were still in the room) • Reception didn’t inform me via booking.com or whatsapp prior to locking the dorm that I would need to change rooms • 1am reception tried to make me pack my things and move to a different dorm • Reception weren’t happy that I said I would rather sleep in the dorm with no aircon than move rooms in the middle of the night when I just need to sleep (was a long day exploring phuket before this) • Reception told me to check out (i had nowhere to stay so they finally let me sleep in the room with no aircon) • The morning after I went to reception to cancel my booking and receive a refund in cash (they said this was the best option for both parties) • I messaged the hostel on booking.com stating I would like to cancel my booking and receive the money back for the nights I wasn’t staying back in cash (you pay in full online prior to staying) • The owner was then annoyed that I messaged this (because booking.com would refund me in full and I pay the hostel in cash for the nights I had stayed) • Owner declined refunding me in cash and said “if we cancel the booking now, booking.

+ Hostel was in a great location, close to shopping centre and beach. Far enough away from the noise to sleep

- The bedding needed an update and the bed I was allocated didn’t have a full curtain so the air con blasted freezing air into my bed. I needed to swap beds

+ Gostei da limpeza e fiquei encantado com a simpatia da recepção.

- O chuveiro caiu do apoio direto no chão algumas vezes, podendo machucar alguém.

+ Super auberge de jeunesse. Très bien située, rue calme mais dans le centre de Patong. Chambre privée possible. Personnel adorable. Super expérience.

+ Very clean and spacious room!

- The housecat can get noisy sometimes but she is too cute to be upset :)
