- BEDBUGS. What angers me is the fact that they knew about it and still accepted guests without rectifying the situation first. There are reviews about bedbugs from months ago. I felt itchy all night and could barely sleep. In the morning they were taking all the mattresses out while there were still guests in the room. We were all checking out and they could’ve simply waited till we were gone. Very unprofessional. I think they were trying to treat the mattresses instead of replacing them. I had placed my tote bag on the bed and I found one bedbug inside. I’m mortified at the fact that I could have potentially carried it with me to the next hostel. Even without the bedbugs I was already dissatisfied. The place is not as neat and aesthetic as the pictures. It’s worn out and messy. The toilets/showers is downstairs and the rooms upstairs. There are too many mosquitoes. I got 5 bites while checking in and 6 bites while brushing my teeth. The common area is too hot. THIS HOSTEL NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN until they completely get rid of the bedbugs. Not only are they affecting the guests but potentially other hostels as well. Please be a decent human being.

+ It was ok. No suites. The rooms were ok. The common area was nasty but if you’re looking just for a bed it’s ok.
- They stole and double charged me. I had already prepaid through booking and they made me pay again when I checked in. I was so tired from my flight I didn’t even notice until the next day. Bandits.
Haben ein Upgrade in ein privat Zimmer bekommen ohne mehr zu zahlen. Hatten eigentlich einen gemischten Schlafsaal gebucht. Im Zimmer waren Bettwanzen. Daraufhin sind wir direkt ausgezogen und haben sofort das Geld zurück erstattet bekommen. Es schien so wie wenn der Rezeptionist Bescheid wusste. Auf Nachfrage ob das öfters vorkommt meinte er nur dass er das nicht weiß.
Hostel is managed by a lovely helpful lady. It’s clean. If you’re unlucky and get a top bunk, don’t expect to be able to be in it while the sun is up. There is a metal roof directly above and if you touch the ceiling it’s really hot…so the bunk is roasting all day, even with the air con on. If you get a lower bunk you’ll be fine as the air con can handle the lower part of the room. Beds are comfy though and they have curtains. Not much atmosphere in the place at all…probs bec...
- I paid on booking .com but after arriving hotel staff told me you need to pay. So I paid. It’s still cheep but I don’t like this way. I felt like I was tricked by the hostel so I don’t like it

The place is very clean and good atmosphere. The no shoes policy helped a lot in keeping it clean. Good wifi and enough space to chill out too. Staff was a bit on the background, would have been a bit nicer if they showed themselves more/ more available to answer questions.

+ What a place, I really enjoyed to stay here.
+ I stayed here for the second time, this time in a mixed dorm. It was comfortable although I prefer female dorm as there is less snoring. The bed was comfortable and there is hot water and drink water downstairs. The hostel staff helped me to take my luggage up and down the stairs.
- The AC was set too cold and I had to use my down coat at night as a cover. One roommate was snoring horribly. I would replace the air freshener in the toilet with a more natural one as the one smelling of moth balls is toxic.

+ Konum muhteşem. Özel duşlu odada kaldık. Çok memnunduk. Hostel personeli çok pozitif. Tek gece kaldık ama bir daha phuket Town a gelirsek tekrar kalmak isteriz.
+ Das Hostel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage! Rs gibt einen kostenlosen water-refill und die Klimaanlage im Dorm hat super funktioniert und außerdem ist das Hostel sehr stylisch!
- Die Dorms waren oben im Haus und die Badezimmer unten. Das war etwas ungünstig, wenn man nachts aufs Klo musste. Ich fand die Bettwäsche iunbequem, irgendwie zu "glatt". Auch könnte auch mal zwischen Matratze und Wand genutzt werden. Es war nicht so sauber. Im Hostel hingen außerdem verschiedene Zettel, die ich als zynisch und unsympathisch empfinde (siehe Foto). Es wirkt so, als wäre man eher genervt von Gästen. Ich glaube diese Hinweise, kann man auch netter formulieren
+ Great location in the centre of the old town. Room was modern and clean. The shared bathroom was the cleanest and best equipped we’ve seen in two months travelling! Communal areas were nice and the staff were lovely too! Highly recommended.

Great hostel, good kitchen area, big spacious dorms. Air con was excellent- if anything too cold 😂
I was ill at my stay here and the staff were so so lovely, gave me electrolytes and let me stay an extra night without me even asking, even though I was supposed to be checking out at 11am that morning. Khop khun ka!
+ Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich auf jeden Fall wieder ein Hostel buchen würde. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt war für uns perfekt. Gemeinschaftsbad war tipptopp.
+ Tremendous place. Really tremendous. One of the best, maybe the best in the area, people are saying it. Very fancy, very classy. And the location is incredible. Just 8 minutes walking to the Sunday market in the Old Town. You step outside, boom, you’re basically there. Fantastic. We stayed in a private room. Let me tell you, it was luxurious. Not just nice, but luxurious. The mattress was so comfortable. I know comfort. I understand comfort better than anybody. Slept like a champion. The garden view was very pleasant. Calm, beautiful, very relaxing. You look outside and you feel good. That’s what you want. And the bathroom is premium finish. Top quality. Gorgeous rain shower head, strong water pressure, the way it should be. Plenty of shower gel and shampoo. They don’t skimp, which I like. Hairdryer right there in the room. Very convenient. Very smart.Tea and coffee available at reception. Nice touch. Classy touch. Overall, a fantastic stay. Luxury, comfort, great location. We love that. Would absolutely stay again. Five stars. Maybe more.
