Patong Poshtel

This hostel was very nice as the pictures described but could really do with more cleaning, I’m not sure if that was due to the guests we were sharing a dorm with but the room and bathrooms felt unclean. More social spaces would be ideal too, especially for the price we paid (£22 a night).

Not allowed to eat in dorms had to eat on the communal area on the top floor that wasn’t inviting. Some chairs and tables no AC and no events to get people together. Free drinking water wasn’t provided. Men’s showers extremely dirty not cleaned for 3 nights we were there. Woman’s showers door was broken so had to stay open not very nice to females changing. Beds are ROCK SOLID worst sleep we have had our whole trip. Definitely not worth the money, get somewhere closer to the beach

Our stay was awful. The air conditioning ran at the lowest temperature, causing us to get a cold, and staff only gave us thin blankets. One day, we found our room open with a staff member inside—no permission, no cleaning supplies. Security was a joke: lockers had the same keys, and mine was mysteriously unlocked. The women’s toilet door couldn’t be closed, and trash was always in the hallways. The staff had no respect, and the place felt unsafe and dirty.

Je n’ai jamais vu de lits aussi durs, impossible de dormir sur le côté. J’y ai passé deux nuit j’en suis ressortie épuisée. L’état des douches et toilettes laissaient également à désirer… Je ne recommande pas

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in, I left early to get a better accommodation. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned once while I was there. The beds are made of plastic and the sheets don’t fit properly so you’re sleeping on the plastic. AC in the room was too weak. No elevator. I didn’t read the reviews until I left. Most of them are spot on. Smells like mold all over. You will not get good sleep here! Bed’s uncomfortable but that’s not the worst very very loud! People slamming doors 24/7 and talking even though it’s not a social hostel

This hostel made my Patong experience horrible. I had to check out. I would not recommend this hostel. Not clean , staff are rude , location is not the very best but on top of this even that you have a private room book they will charge you 500b to bring a partner. The room is so tinny you can’t even swing a cat.

No lift, steep steps. Chose a female only dorm, however did not feel safe as the dorms door was not lockable or only access ably by females. Took opposite the female only dorm had around 2/3 double beds pushed together and was filled with men laying out with their door wide open. Very intimidating. No social vibe/ aircon also was awful during the nights and the mattress was awful. Staff friendly and great location though.

The bad was inconfortable, The WiFi didn’t work and the tv. Also , Was no kitchen at the hostel .

Insgesamt gutes Hostel, relativ zentral. Nicht wirklich sozial und man muss damit rechnen, dass party people mitten in der Nacht ins Zimmer kommen, wenn man Mehrbettzimmer hat (aber das sollte einem im Vorhinein ja bewusst sein). Der Ort ist auch eher zum Party machen, also wenn du Phuket “schön” sehen möchtest, nimm einen anderen Ort!!!!

Loved this place and the staff were super nice, beds not crazy comfy but nice having your own lil space.

You get what you pay for but I'd recommend to pay more and stay in a place that is not so tightly built

Pretty decent hostel, but the beds were SO hard. Woke up everyday in pain, and also the rooms were quite cold. Otherwise pretty good.

nice big beds and clean room! not social at all but chill atmosphere for relaxing. area was quite okay and everything is close by with grab or bolt

There is a fridge and microwave which is nice plus towels are included. The place is clean but not social at all. Good if you just wanna chill and the pod beds are really nice :)

Pretty small room with no space for the suitcase but all well organised with lockers and next to the bathroom. Everything was super clean and comfortable !

Nice hostel and good value for money. Not the best location and not best atmosphere but was perfect for what we wanted out of our trip at that point! Would recommend

The bed was like a rock it was so uncomfortable, there was a plastic sheet on the mattress so every time you move it’s really noisy and the sheet covering the mattress slides off easily. The doors don’t lock automatically so you are relying on roommates locking it behind them which didn’t happen from our experience. The ladies bathroom door also didn’t close. The staff control the air con and it is switched off at the hottest hours of the day and then when it is on it doesn’t reach the...

Private room was nice. A/C worked great. However atmosphere was dead and window was opened with a lot of noise. I couldn’t close this window. Nice clean and cheap place to stay.

The beds are SO HARD 🥲 but over all its okay to stay one night. You are a few minutes walking of the beach and restaurants which is good
