+ Nothing poor

- Rude staff and very poor management I asked for the dates change they didn't help at all really not worth if they are not able to help

- ATTENTION! THE DELUXE ROOM IN THE PHOTO NO LONGER EXISTS! They'll put you in a regular double room, but the bathroom is broken, the sink pipe is completely disconnected, and the shower drain won't drain. The chair near the table was broken, and the refrigerator leaks. The room itself is large and spacious, but it's a shame you'll be paying for a room that doesn't match the photos. Essentially, the "deluxe" room has been converted into a dormitory with four double bunk beds. As you can see in the photo, the blue and white tiled bathroom is now a shared bathroom, but it used to be part of the "deluxe" room. The black main door has been removed and plasterboard has been installed to create a dormitory room, and not even the emergency floor plan has been changed. Also be careful, because if you don't leave a positive review, you won't get towels!!! Shame on you, selling a room at a higher price that no longer exists!

- Nous avions réservé 2 nuits avec une amie dans cette auberge. La réservation pour 2 personnes a été fait avec un seul compte sur booking pour être dans la même chambre. À notre arrivée, la personne de l’accueil nous a vaguement dit bonjour, ne nous a rien montré et nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver nos chambres au 5eme étage. Chaque étage étaient très mal entretenus, des caleçons accrochés aux poignets des fenêtres dans les couloirs ou sur les rambardes d’escaliers. Nous étions séparées de chambre, une demande a été fait pour être ensemble (comme spécifiée lors de notre réservation sur booking), car mon amie dormait avec 3 garçons. La chambre était sale, des caleçons étendus sur le lit propre qui devait l’accueillir, une odeur de sueur dans la pièce. Aucune possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Les toilettes du 5eme étage où nous étions ne fonctionnaient pas, il fallait donc descendre à chaque fois. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans les douches, même ne serait-ce que tiède. Nous avions vu des commentaires avec des vols d’affaires notamment les chaussures qu’il faut laisser à l’entrée devant l’établissement en bazard, aucun moyen de les sécuriser (même un petit coin pour les poser). La personne de l’accueil n’a fait preuve d’aucune gentillesse, d’empathie ou d’aide. Suite à cela, nous avons effectuer une demande de remboursement auprès de la plate-forme booking, et avons fuis cette auberge. Nous aurions dû nous fier aux commentaires que nous avions lu un peu plutôt. Je ne recommande absolument pas (et pourtant nous sommes en backpack!)

+ Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber trotzdem super zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett das bequemste was wir auf der ganzen Reise hatten. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

- We didn't get the room we booked because of maintenance so were put in a different room which was not up to standards Dirty sheets and very dim and broken window

+ I had a great time, the staff was very nice the lounge and the pool is also great. It’s also near the old town just 5-10 min walk and you are there. And for the price you paid I think it’s the best hotel you can possibly have at this price I would definitely recommend

- The staff were nice. A british woman was there talking about a lost phone. I said, why not go to the police?. She said, she is out of her visa or something. She said she is there, illegally. I questioned her about it and she said, she has 10 days left. I don't know.

+ Very clean and nice staff the room was also well kept

- The guests in my room were so loud however you get this in hostels. Other than that it was great

- Falta de estrutura dos banheiros, sem lugar suporte para colocar objetos , como necessarie e roupas. Quarto sem janela e bem apertado, misto de 4 camas.

- Air conditioning wasn’t great couldn’t go below 24 degrees, having to carry a suitcase and rucksack up for flights of steep stairs when checking in not ideal
