Lieu vraiment agréable en face de la mer, bonne réactivité concernant un problème de punaises de lits.

Staff were rude and dorms were unclean with bed bugs

PUNAISES DE LIT / PAS PROPRE / NON SÉCURITAIRE nous avons eu des punaises dans nos lits, et dans les autres lits du dortoirs. Nous avons aussi remarqué qu’il ne nettoyaient pas les draps, ils ne les changent pas. Les lieux sont salles et non nettoyer. Les lieux ne sont pas sécurise L’emplacement est bon, le resto d’à côté est super bon, je crois qu’il y a une bonne ambiance mais nous ne sommes pas restés. L’employer à la réception a été bien avec nous quand nous avons fait par des punaises.

The outside area is so pretty! But there is bed bugs at this place. Most unclean place I have stayed at, bedding had not been changed, toilets disgusting and the staff did not care

I booked a private room for my stay: - room one: shower did not work, door did not completely shut when closed due to it being a padlock door and the mattress was covered in black and yellow stains. Dead bug found under sheet and no mattress protector. I completed and was offered to either leave or be given another room. Due to being 7pm at night I opted for another room. -room two: no mattress protector and mattress even worse than previous room. I pulled all corners of the sheet back and there were bed bug eggs. After some time I saw a bed bug. I went to reception to report who advised I should move accommodation. It was 9pm at night and too late to move. I requested a full refund and a room to spend the rest of the night. Refund provided. -room three: no mattress protector and dead cockroach on the floor All three rooms were extremely dirty and unclean

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer welches ich bekommen habe hat nicht den Bildern auf booking entsprochen. Das Bett war steinhart und das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Den Müll musste ich zwischendurch selber leeren obwohl ich den Mülleimer vor die Tür gestellt hatte. Allgemein eine komische Stimmung im Hostel. Der Besitzer raucht abends mit Freunden Cannabis und ist sehr lange laut. Morgens wird man um 08:00 Uhr von arbeiten geweckt. Ich hatte Kakerlaken, Eidechsen und Ameisen in meinem Zimmer. Im dorm waren Bettwanzen. Die Zugangstür wird mit einem Fahrradschloss angeschlossen und ist dadurch nicht richtig zu und man hört alles.

Got bed bugs from staying here, very unclean

The place should be beautiful but when I got up the second morning I thought that mosquitos literally did eat me. When I woke up the third morning I realised that all that bites that still hurted a lot were bedbugs and many new ones. When I said to the reception they seemed not surprised. I had to spend 10 days in Vietnam and now at the fifth day I have pain everywhere, in all the body, almost one hundred of bites the itch never stops, holiday to forget.

The cleanliness needs improvement; my bed was infested with bedbugs, which was awful. Luckily, the staff were able to move me to another room the next day.

La habitación es sucia, oscura, la cama blanda, fina e incómoda, sin sábanas!! Los baños sucios y olor a meado continuo que salía a la habitación...de verdad asqueroso. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Hay muchísimos mosquitos, ni con repelente evitabas las picaduras. Lo peor es que al irme me di cuenta de que me había picado algo que no eran mosquitos... Desde ahí estoy con antistaminico porqué es insoportable el picor ..y ya me ha pasado, son chinches!!! El peor hostel en mis 5 semanas de viaje en Vietnam!!!

Really, really bad. Super dirty and it feels like an addicts atmosphere. Several people I’ve spoken to say there are bedbugs in the dorms and they seem to not care. Also private rooms were really dirty. Don’t book Eva Hut!

I had bed bugs in my bed and had the worst night trying to sleep outside because the reception was already closed. I Hope they solved the Problem, because the staff didn‘t seem to care that much (they still let people sleep in the same dorm Even tho bed bugs Can fly and dont stay at the same bed)

Although the property is right next to the beach it was absolutely filthy and the staff spoke no English at all. We paid for multiple nights but had to leave after the first as the place is riddled with bed bugs, the only shower for 12 people was in the only toilet where the plug didn’t drain so you’re constantly wading through dirty water and the only bin was overflowing with used toilet paper. No privacy curtains and holes in the mosquito nets, tiny lockers which you had to pay for and no lock

There were bedbugs in our bed and cockroaches in the bathrooms. Overall it didn't feel clean.

A lovely little place to stay, cheap and cheerful. Booked here after hearing about bed bugs at iHome, and super enjoyed it. Not the cleanest but expected for the location and price. No bedbugs, no rats & suuuper helpful & lovely staff - only thing to consider is the beach doesn’t really exist due to construction
