Tuve problemas con chinches en la cama que me dieron, pusieron una máquina de calor para "matarlas" y dormí en la misma cama (error por mi parte). Me volvieron a picar y peor que el día anterior. El hotel está bien, pero la verdad es que mi experiencia fue muy mala. Poco ambiente de hostel.

I stayed at this hostel for four nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I was bitten by bed bugs and had quite a strong allergic reaction, which was really uncomfortable. On top of that, the door of my room broke and I ended up having to change rooms almost every night, which made the stay quite stressful and inconvenient. I do want to say that the staff were very helpful and tried their best to assist me during these issues, and I appreciated their kindness. However, the overall experience was still very unpleasant because of the bed bugs and the constant room changes. It’s unfortunate that all of this happened during my stay.

Top dorm rooms and private rooms infested with bed bugs sadly due to recent thru hikers/trampers. Advise you request ground floor room as a priority until they fumigate ect. Great local for nelson cbd and very social hostel depending otherwise.

It would be a very good hostel overall, if only there wasn't an issue with the cleanlyness. The dishes in the kitchen were very dirty, and the kitchen in general was old and used. Had several insect bites after staying there, can't tell if it was bedbugs, but I have been told that they always have problems with that...
