In the first night we were there, there were bed bugs in the bed.. in the morning we woke up and we asked the reception to change the sheets immediately and after that it was OK

I stayed in room 1 and when I first came in I saw black spots on the beds and reddish spots on the sheets that looked like bedbugs. Later that evening I went to sit on my bed and saw a bedbug hiding in the wall. I went to tell the reception about it but they didn't take it seriously. I left and didn’t spend the night there. They didn’t give my money back either.

Unfortunately they had bed bugs and little cockroaches on the shared room. Need to do something about this.
