- Mold right near my bed and didn’t offer me a refund.
+ Rester 1 nuit et pas plus. Check out 12h.
- Très difficile à trouver, les adresses booking et maps ne correspondent pas. J'arrive dans la chambre, ça sent l'humidité et le moisi qu'ils essayent de masquer par la clim. Mais surtout, la chambre ne correspond en aucun cas aux photos ! Très déçue. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre ni de place dans la chambre. Quand je suis dans mon lit je n'ai aucune lumière, pas de petite lampe de chevet, impossible de lire. Rooftop et piscine fermés ! Rideau qui tient à peine, les crochets tombent et ne vous cache pas totalement. Bruit étrange vers 8h du matin dans les couloirs qui réveille. Les prix des excursions gonflés.

- Filthy everywhere..the pool was over grown with algea and dirt an the size of a bathtub..

- Every room and also the bathrooms have mold everywhere. The staff knows about it and said yes but its ok. We changed rooms from a moldy with smelly AC room, to a moldy less smelly room. Only stayed one night and then changed places.

+ Ik dacht dat de locatie wel mooi zou zijn maar ook dat valt eigenlijk tegen. Verder geen idee van de eerdere faciliteiten...
- I came in around midnight as told... the guy at the reception didn't even say hay. He just pointed at some bench and said "Sit" like I'm a dog or something? I wanted to check-in but he pointed at his noodle soup and let me wait till he had finished his meal... then a whole discussion started about my passport, without asking he was going through the pages of my passport. He took pictures of old stamps which was totally irrelevant, I asked him why he did that and then he got angry, he deletedit and said i couldn't check-in. His lack of English communication was the worse. He could just asked me for the visa papers (which are digital nowadays) so I don't understand this whole process in the first place... then more yelling and argession towards me. He was really rude and degenerating towards me (woman) and he sended me away. Ofcourse I didn't want to stay here anyway so I left and cancelled the booking.

The hostel pictures need to be updated, everything looked run down and was not expecting what we got! The rooms definitely need an upgrade from sliding doors ! The only good thing was the staff they were super nice and friendly! The location was awful as well, just wouldn’t stay here ever again!
The only good things I can say about this hostel is that the staff were amazing and that it’s only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Now, with the amount of black mold on the walls and ceiling causing a horrible smell, I cannot recommend anyone to stay here.
Do not go here👎👎 literally looks nothing like the photos, location is terrible - you’ll end up spending more on grabs anyway so pay extra to be more central, even the shuttle buses don’t take you close enough and only run every hour 9-11 in the morning?? Mould in the bedrooms and bathrooms, staff were rude and not helpful, and beds didn’t have lights so you’d be in pitch darkness as soon as the sun set. Don’t bother going here, deffo the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in
The bed and sheets were clean, but there were no shelves or hooks so you had to sleep on your phone, kindle and valuables. The communal areas were filthy. I put a glass on the bar and when I came back 4 hours later it was still there. There was a higher rooftop deck that could be lovely and have sun lounger but they haven’t bothered - instead it has 2 plastic chairs and some trash. The locker wasn’t big enough for your backpack. a nice enough hostel! staff were lovely & rooms were nice however the floor of the toilet next to our room was gross and its a bit far from the main city and also the beach. however they have a free shuttle service to the beach in the morning and the night markets in the evening so thats good we made use of this :) also have free bikes but they are very dodgy
Pretty cramped, not social at all, and location has nothing really near it apart from the beach.
The whole building is full of mold and it smells bad. Our room smelled bad and the towels were stinking, we couldn´t use them. Stuff is helpful and nice.

This has been my favourite hostel so far! It’s so clean and well taken care of the staff are amazing, especially LƯU ĐÌNH THOẠI. The location was also great
I booked a private room, and overall everything was fine. Given the hostel’s rating, I expected a slightly higher standard of cleanliness: the shower was extremely moldy, the showerhead hose was dirty, the bracket holding the showerhead was broken or poorly installed, there was no water pressure in the shower, and the sink faucet was broken. The room definitely hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in; the floor was dusty or dirty. The building could really use some attention or some TLC!

+ Stayed here for a quick stop over and wasn’t expecting much for the price but it has everything you could possibly need! Very Comfy, towel included, free bicycles, free shuttle bus to town, welcome drink I was v pleased!
- The location is a little out but with a free bicycle it’s great
The bed was really comfy with great curtains but there was black mould in the room, lots of construction so the pool area wasn’t very relaxing (it’s also really small and no chairs around it to relax on) however the staff were very kind and they accommodated a late check out. Thanks for the stay!

They have a good offering for tours however, the facilities were not great. The beds are extremly hard, the female dorm is not locked. The food is disgusting and not worth the money. The towels smell like damp. The spa they reference is under referbishment (this was not made clear on hostelworld).

Staff were very unfriendly and appeared to be annoyed by your presence, laughing in your face. Location very far from the nice beaches and social streets. In the room I had to walk sideways to get to my bed because there was so little space and my backpack (55L) wouldn’t even fit in the locker so I had to sleep next to it on my bed since there was also no room on the floor.
