The Garden Capsule Hotel

+ The location

- The bed is awful, I feel like I'm in a coffin. There was no room to get in or out, and it was so small that I bumped into the walls when I turned over, bothering the neighbor in the coffin next door. The first employee I spoke to had terrible English, and since I couldn't understand her, she gestured to her colleague. That was very depressing. The others were nice and attentive.

+ I cancelled the booking because the rooms were very small and super dirty.

- Nothing, staff were not really helpful

+ Nothing really ! The layout is nice but shame about the cleanliness !

- The staff are only nice while you’re paying them once that stops the attitude begins ! The cleaners act like they’re queens & they don’t even clean properly you can see it’s a chore and a half for them & they blatantly show you attitude - ofc unless you tip them ! (Not in my culture) The bathroom basin pipe kept coming out & causing an awful smell & huge flood ! The shower had no pressure whatsoever & above all the room was infested with ants all over but I wasn’t compensated; in fact the owners stop replying to my messages ! I then demanded my room was changed !! When she (Greenie) realised I wasn’t staying longer - the attitude began - ignoring me & no longer making eye contact ! Terrible place ! They even throw people from their dormitory’s out ! I’ve heard so many bad things about this place !! Never again !!!

- 女性用ドミトリーを予約していたのに当日チェックインの際壊れてるから使えないと言われた。とにかく汚い、トイレは壊れていてペーパーもない。部屋もカビ臭い。ベッドはマットレスのシーツがなかった。絶対泊まらない方が良い。

+ Close to town

- Although it was close to town you could hear music from the clubs so loudly it was hard to sleep. First room had two leaks one right by the bed and it was constant dripping so had to get moved. The second room had little mites in the bathroom on the wooden counter running around. There was a typhoon so got soaked so friend wiped in the towel which then had a little bit of mud on it. When leaving they made her pay 100,000 for dirt on a towel which would have come out in the wash. Would not recommend. Done low budget travelling in Bali and Vietnam and has no issues until this hotel

- Extremadamente ruidoso (por la música de discoteca de al lado y por los trabajadores que se han pasado hablando toda la noche teniendo nuestra habitaciónal lado de la recepción)

- SOOOOO LOUD - you cant sleep. There is a Techno club under the hostel and on the top a rooftop bar. If you lay in the bed you fell the beat.

- Phòng ồn, Nền có đất cát, tủ lạnh đồ khách củ để không vứt, điện thoại không có, như một cái phòng trọ của sinh viên. hành lan thì ko có bảo vệ trẻ em sơ chân là rớt đất luôn nhé. để phòng view sông mà thấy toàn cây. giá thì quá đắt

+ La ubicación es perfecta. Se agradece que tenga ascensor. La chica de la recepción fue muy amable, pese a tener dificultades para encontrar mi reserva. La habitación era pequeña, pero agradable, tal y como se ve en las fotos. El baño estaba separado de la zona de la ducha, lo que en habitaciones compartidas es de agradecer. Cada cama cuenta con dos taquillas, una más grande y otra más pequeña. Proporcionan amenities y la toalla olía muy bien. El espacio de la cama me parece adecuado, además de contar con una zona que se puede aprovechar como escritorio o balda, con su lamparita. Cercanía al paseo, lugares de interés y todo tipo de comercios.

- El locker grande no cerraba bien. El secador de pelo está situado en una zona que, según a qué hora tengas que usarlo, puede molestar a las compañeras.

+ Stupenda vista sul Dragon Bridge dall'ultimo piano, bar con cocktail buoni e musica, posizione centrale, vicino al mercato e personale super gentile! Kit per l'igiene personale e bagno in camera

+ Posizione eccezionale con vista sul Fiume Han

- Non migliorerei niente dal mio punto di vista

+ L’emplacement est bien! Proche de plusieurs restaurant et café! Près du pont du dragon et pas loin du night market. La plage est aussi accessible à Pieds si tu aimes marcher. Sinon il y a plein de grab. Le lit dispose d’une petite planche à l’intérieur pour poser ses affaires et des casiers à l’extérieur. Personnel très gentil

- Parfois les personnes de la chambre ne respectent pas la propreté de la salle de bain.

+ Staff was exceptional. They provided a well-priced and quick turn around laundry service. The room was clean as was the bathroom.

+ La situación del hotel y lo grande, cómoda y luminosa que era la habitación ( era habitación privada, no compartida)

- Por ponerle un pero, había algunas manchas y marchas de humedad en algunas paredes y el techo, si bien es cierto que esto era algo estético que no afectaba en nada a la comodidad del alojamiento.

+ Tolles, großes, sauberes Zimmer. Super Betten. Zentrale Lage am Wasser, wo ein Spaziergang an der Promenade schön ist. Gute Infrastruktur !

- Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, der zur Strasse gelegen war. Es kann dadurch nachts aufgrund des Verkehrs lauter werden.

+ Eine neue Erfahrung zu machen, in eine Box zu schlafen.
