+ À notre arrivée, ils nous fournissent une toute petite chambre sans fenêtre. Pas d’éclairage dans la chambre. Il nous ont déclassé et mis dans une chambre. Ils ont refusés d’effectuer une baisse du tarif et nous ont laissé sans solution. Ne surtout pas réserver cette hébergement.

- La relation avec les personnes qui y travaillent.

- 南京虫地獄だった。朝までに南京虫を15匹殺した。ベッド、枕、カーテン、壁にも南京虫だらけだった。全身を南京虫に刺されて眠れなかった。タバコ臭いホステル、共有スペース、ドミトリーにタバコの煙が入ってきてタバコ臭かった。タバコ嫌いだから苦痛だった。

- BEDBUGS!!! I only noticed when I left the hostel that I had bites, I didnt see the bugs in the bed. But they must have been there. Also the toilets are very small.

+ Location close to Dragon Bridge and Night Market as well as close to a local produce market and local eating houses.

- This is a pretty big list I am sad to say. I imagine it's a family run business who are most probably paying off a bank loan to have built the establishment in the first place. So I was in two minds about posting this but I feel that people thinking of booking need to know and that some of the issues have been long standing and not addressed. Firstly - I stayed in an eight bed mixed sex dorm for six nights. The air con was only turned on by the staff late afternoon. I had to ask a couple of times to remind the receptionist (a young girl) who responded by saying she would get around to it when she finished what she was doing.!!! Nothing happened until a fellow backpacker went down and told her to 'f**king turn it on. Not happy!!!! Luckily I checked in during the day as although the bed was made it was obvious that the foam mattress cover sheet and pillow cover were stained and had not been changed. So back to reception and the maid comes and changes them out. In retrospect the episode was a red flag I should have heeded. Also provided was a doona as the blanket. However, there was no removable cover to it. I'm not sure if it was laziness or just don't give a fuck for the health and comfort of the guests but these doonas were not taken away to clean. Gross !!!! Unacceptable!!! I can't for the life of me believe the couple that owns the establishment aren't aware of what's going on. Maybe they think they're saving costs?? Kinda stupid and short sighted. Phew !!! Sorry but it gets worse. After the first night I have a few bites, but I put it down to mosquitoes. However after the second there's heaps more. Very itchy but as much as I can I try to avoid scratching as, we have all read about tropical ulcers and worse. I also feel embarrassed and ashamed like it's my fault and the implication that I'm unhygienic!!!!!!????!!!

- Whole night mosquitos and karaoke 🎤 and noise from the road vehicle. No dustbins in bathrooms. People were leaving used toilet papers on the seat . Very unhygienic washrooms

+ There is a balcony. The rooms are well ventilated. Each bed has its own fan. The location of the hostel. There is a roof with amenities. There are lockers. Free breakfast.

- the hostel would be nice, but! bedbugs! I found bedbugs in my bed. after contacting the staff, I was offered to change the bed to another, but there were bedbugs in the other bed too. you need to call special services to destroy the parasites, but the hostel apparently does not take any action because of a desire to save money. + 环境还可以，有顶楼可以可以晒衣服，房间也有阳台，地理位置很好，就在龙边桥和夜市附近

- 小偷太多，连续两天被盗，而且啥东西都偷，电动牙刷，冲锋衣，拖鞋这些都不放过。

+ Minh been nice and helpfull. Girl working a lot and doing her job well. They advice me refund money.

- BED BUGS!!! Impossible to sleep well. I been bitten by those bed bugs.

+ Very well organised team , everything was so good, very close to many places , also staff was very nice and helpful . Breakfast was good , all team was so friendly .

+ Good free breakfast, spacious room, good communal areas, good laundry service. Toilets are always cleaned and loo roll. Good location. Beds all had fans, lamps, working sockets and phone holders

- Don't expect for your bedroom door to ever be locked as it is physical keys for everyone. But it still feels safe

+ Was close to the Dragon Bridge and great restaurants close by

- Other guests were a little noisy and put on lights late at night

+ Cama cómoda, para un día de paso estuvo bien.

+ Dortoir agréable et calme. Personnel très très gentil et serviable.

- Le ménage ne semblait pas vraiment être fait dans l'escalier durant mon séjour.
