Rats in the Kitchen- and when i notified the owner, she just said "yeah this is rat city". This place was cheap but disgusting and definitely not worth it.

Pictures are old so property and rooms are a lot more run down. could do with a freshen up and good clean. Cheap if you’re okay with dirt and below average standard. Did 1 night and was glad about it

Pros: very kind owners who made us feel welcome. clean sheets and towel. comfy duvet and pillow. curtsins around the bed were much appreciated. large lockers outside the room with padlocks. Cons: only two bathrooms (with one toilet and one shower in each room) in the whole building. Both bathrooms were very dirty. AC is 'off for maintenence' between 12-4pm each day, which in July is precisely when you need a siesta from the heat, so bear this in mind.

It’s a good place to stay, not too much not too little. There’s just two bathrooms so that’s a little bit inconvenient when there’s a lot of people staying. However the host is really nice.

Fans are only available for the bottom beds and when it's on the top bed shakes. The room is hot and stuffy. Also the bathrooms smell really bad and are not clean. The location is very good, very convenient, and the family who runs the place are very good people :)

Great location near the beach. Very friendly and helpful family runs this place. It is a little bit run down and not too clean. The bathroom was always moist and didn't drain very well. The sink was falling off the wall and the whole place felt a little dank. The dorm room was a bit warm and stuffy with just a fan. During the day, the balcony door is open so in the night, the whole place has mosquitoes. Overall fine for the price but I wouldn't stay again.

Antony and his Family were very kind and disposable; they help us booking our next train trip and give us local suggestion. The rooms does not have a proper windows, but in Vietnam at this price is quite common..so it’s not a big deal :)

Absolutely lovely owner! Go here if you really want the homestay and family vibe! The owner took me in and made me feel like one of her own!

Very friendly and accommodating staff

Wonderful hosts, great location close to everything. Street outside can be a bit noisy so earplugs are a good idea.

Clean, friendly hosts, calm atmosphere

Anthony and Noémie made us feel right at home. Their place feels like both a house and a hostel, with a friendly, relaxed vibe. Nice people, shared kitchen, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very nice owners. Perfect location close to the beach. You can use the kitchen and free water refill. The bathroom could use some renovation.

Hosts are incredibly kind and helpful welcoming us into their home. I really loved the firm mattress and cozy blanket, not just a flat sheet

My partner and I had a great time staying at Hana Homestay. The location is great very close to the beach, Wifi is strong around 60mbps. Booked for 1 night but stayed for 3. The hosts are extremely friendly. We arrived during the typhoon and flooding so we arrived suoer late just after 12am long past the check in time but luckily Naomi waited up for us. We would definitely stay again nnext time we come to Da nang.

Such a lovely hostel! I have been so tired of the young party scene at the hostels in Vietnam. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to go to bed early and have good conversations with people from my bunk. Beds are hard. Bathrooms are wet due to the shower and toilet in close proximity. I didn’t mind either tho, because the vibe of the place felt so cozy and lovely.

Private home, bit welcoming code.. owners are extremely nice with an accommodating attitude. 8 person dorm, but if filled with considerate people, no problemo. ,👍 Access to kitchen, loves their RO water refill station. I will be back.

Hana homestay is a great spot. Clean, affordable, close to the beach and to top it all off the owners are extremely kind. They are happy to give recommendations, help you figure out how to get to your next destination and are always very warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend, If I ever find my self back in da nang I would absolutely stay here again!

Antony and his family were so accomodating and friendly, they helped me at short notice organise tours at a very cheap price and always recommended the best options and cheapest modes of travel. Beds were comfortable, recommend this place!

The bed, room and bathroom all are very clean, and I saw Naomi wash sheets and towels very carefully. Naomi and her husband are very kind and helpful, I am really grateful. The location is also great, near beach and a lot of restaurants and cafe around.

A great homestay/hostel with a friendly and welcoming family running it. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at Hana again. It's a good option for anyone looking for a more local style experience or to get away from overly touristy hostels. Thanks again!

It’s a friendly place where everyone feels like family. It’s close to the beach. I would love to come back if I visit Da Nang again
