- 房間AC壞掉，不得不開窗，半夜窗外街頭吵到不行。上鋪沒有拉簾，只要有人開燈就會被亮醒，個人隱私也是個問題。下舖雖然有拉簾，但滑扣破損不堪也沒在維修，導致拉簾只有局部有遮蔽，下舖還會睡到滿身大汗。房客半夜回來也很大聲，沒什麼安靜的意識。一整個晚上都沒怎麼睡，以上皆是自身經驗，給大家參考。
- They charge you 20 euros for pub crawl, but you can join EXACTLY the same pub crawl group from fever app just for 8 euros. They are scammers. I joined pubcrawls for two nights, just a few young people from the hostel joined pub crawl so it wasnt fun at all.

- Hice la reserva en una habitación mixta de 4 camas y se llenó la habitación de chicos con todo la ropa sucia x el suelo ,el baño lo dejaron súper sucio cuando lo utilizaron que lo tuve que dejar medio limpio para poder utilizarlo, Y toda la noche se llevaron hablando y riéndose los tres y no me dejaron descansar. Avise en recepción de lo ocurrido y no m se atendió correctamente

Tout était parfait.
Everything was great except my mattress was not comfortable. The facilities were clean and had all I needed, and the staff was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay, even if my mattress was lumpy. Others in my room said theirs was comfortable, so not a general issue.

Mala experiencia. Litera de arriba sin cortinas; te clavas los muelles del colchón...súper incómodo tumbarte (he tenido que doblar el edredón 4 veces para poder dormir encima y no clavarme los muelles, adjunto foto); habitación sin luz general, solo una lámpara de pie con luz tenue; baño sucio...CAE DEL CONDUCTO DE VENTILACIÓN POLVO Y MUGRE (ver fotos). Me obligaron a hacer a mí el check-in usando mi teléfono en lugar de hacerlo ellos con su ordenador y conmigo presente.....no te ofrec...
La ubicación central, el desayuno rico, todo moderno, storage de maletas. Café y te gratis para todos. Mucha gente joven para hacer amigos. Ofrece desayuno por 8 euros y cena por 12. El comportamiento del trabajador bruto que habló mal, con falta de respeto sobre nosotros en nuestro mismo cuarto, porque nosotros por estar cansados ocupamos una cama falsa en la habitación (aunque hay cero diferencia entre las camas). Difícil dormir porque la gente tocia, roncaba, entraba y salía por la noc...
Muy buena su ubicación. Es muy limpio y con buenos amenities para los huéspedes como agua caliente, te, café e incluso bollería incluido. También puedes dejar la maleta para retirarla mas tarde si lo necesitas.

Really nice place to stay with great staff who were on hand to help 24/7. When we checked in we had a map provided with multiple spots highlighted that could have been of interest for us with background provided. They also offered opportunities to join their bar crawls, sign up for breakfast & dinner, as well as a whatsapp group for the guests. There was plenty of seating available for the guests to sit if they didn’t want to be in their room. Location was great, was a short walk to a metro st...
Stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveler in one of the 4 bed rooms- I was very impressed overall with no complaints! I wouldn't say this is a full-on social hostel but they do have events and it is relatively easy to meet people if you'd like in the common area. Location is also very prime and staff is professional.
Staff was nice. It was clean but the shower edges looked a little funky but overall clean. The only big minus is that the top bed does not have curtains. When someone turns the big light on or even the small light in their bed you wake up. There were other reviews stating the same thing, why is there not curtains on the top bed, it would not be hard to fix. On this reason i would not stay again because my sleep was very disturbed. So be aware and pack a good sleeping mask if you are staying here
Hostel en pleno centro de Madrid que permite callejear a cualquier hora del día. Habitaciones y servicios básicos pero todo limpio.

This hostel has been my favorite and I will keep coming back whenever I don't have to leave super-early for a flight home. They have everything covered--efficiency, kindness, warmth, and excellent bedding. It's in such a cool neighborhood, near awesome food options, also convenient access to Metro. Hostel guests just need to think ahead in terms of the noise opening bottom storage drawers and lighting if they have to leave early so as not to disturb their roommates.
Muy bien ubicado, limpio y la atención muy buena, los cajones para guardar la maleta son muy cómodos y grandes. Volvería! Recomiendo para mujeres viajando sola muy seguro

It's one of those 'hotel' kind of hostels. Everything is there, it's clean, but it has no soul. Not very social. Very nice staff. Very good location. Kitchen is there but it's mostly a staff kitchen so it feels weird to cook your own meal there and it's hard to find anything. Do NOT go on the free walking tour they offer, it's horrible. Just find one on Guruwalks.
