hostel horrivel, não aluguem! ambiente inseinseguro, sujo,desistimos da estadia já na chegada a recepção. eles disseram que só recebem dinheiro (para sonegar imposto) depiis vi em um feedback que eles desde 2022 estão com a maquina de cartão quebrada, isto é, proposital para não receberem em cartão. Sempre fiquei em hostels nas minhas viagens, mas este não indico. Só perdi dinheiro pq eles não quiseram cancelar a reserva, e tive que buscar uma estadia no meio da noite.

This hostel absolutely bailed on our group. we had a 5 bed private room booked and we received and email at 11:45 (check in begins at noon) the day that we were supposed to arrive that they had overbooked and no longer had room for us, we had arrived at the hostel to check in before we even saw the email because it was such short notice. they offered a hostel 18 kilometers further from the city as an alternative at full price, absolutely ridiculous. staff were friendly while breaking the news ig

Very poor experience, the bed is very small, there is no privacy, and the room type does not appear in the reference photos, which makes me feel cheated. In addition, the location is far from downtown Lisbon. Also, the staff were chatting in the lobby at midnight, very disrespectful to the sleeping tenants in the room.

Horrible. Dormimos 9 personas apiladas en un cuarto de 3x3 m. con un sólo baño disponible. No hay lokers ni lugares seguros para el guardado del equipaje. Pésima atención. Este "albergue" arruina tu viaje. El sitio debería ser clausurado.

Eu não cheguei entra no hostel , porque não consegui cancelar porque no site ,o estava com bloqueio de cancelamento na reserva .

So so bad and expensive place.you cannot pay with credit card, and the reception open at 11in the morning (if you want to leave before you cannot have the money of the keys back). Staff doesn't speak English and is very unpleasant and not caring about the guest. Very small rooms for 25 €, you are in a shared room with 9 bad in 3 square metres (no space to walk, to put your bag comfortable or to sit on the bad). No toilet paper in the bathroom and dirty bad sheets..very far from everything.

They kept my money that I canceled my reservation 24 hrs after booking it and 3 days before arrival . That's not right! Their staff doesn't really know their cancelation fee and never told me about it when I booked it directly with the staff and not online where they'll mention the cancellation policy according to Quiliana. This is a rip off and I'd like my $42 back! Can someone help me with that? And she never gave me a receipt that I requested! Their # of nights were different from hostel worl

Awful decision to stay there, I booked for 3 nights, but after the first night, I checked out and went to another hostel. So messed up, dirty, staff didn’t speak English at all.

Sadly, very poorly located hostel. Far from Lisbon's center and the buses aren't the most reliable. There is no social life there, which sucks for solo travelers like me. The staff was not that accomodating. I wanted to leave my bags somewhere for the day after checking out, but I was told it wasn't possible. The prices were way too expensive for what it is and the place doesn't seem to be aware of it. It was still clean and well maintained, but the vibe just wasn't there.

Is what it is, stay somewhere else if exploring Lisbon is your goal, great for exploring sintra.

Ambiente limpo e organizado, as roupas de cama estavam cheirosas. A cozinha bem organizada e limpa por ser um ambiente compartilhado.

As a female solo traveler I really enjoyed my stay here. Although the staff spoke little English, they were open and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back to Lisbon just to stay at this hostel. The vibes are amazing and I made many friends in just a few short days!

Gostei muito da minha hospedagem , o Alan que me recebeu foi muito gentil e solicito . Os quartos e banheiros muito limpos e organizados .. um ótimo custo / benefício .

I had a great time here. I was provided with everything I needed. The people working there are the star of the show, really felt at home. It’s far away from the main area but public transport is easy to access. Definitely recommend for someone looking for a homely vibe, and not desperate to be right in the middle of everything.

Bon Hostel, je n’ai pas apprécié le confort des lits, ce sont des lits superposés de trois places et ils sont en métal et pas tout jeune. Alors dès que l’un bouge autant vous dire que vous allez être réveillé. Par contre le personnel de la Hostel est des plus agréables et serviables !

This hostel was pretty far from Town but very good value. Staff did not speak English but were very engaged and helpful. Nice place to sit outside on the floor I was on.

Passei 8 dias no hostel e adorei a acomodação, os voluntários, a limpeza e organização. Depois de 2 meses viajando, me senti muito bem acolhido por todo ambiente. Toda equipe está de parabéns pela receptividade, em especial a voluntária Raissa pela atenção e ajuda a desbravar Lisboa.

Hostel sympathique et tranquille, très propre, dans le quartier de Bélem (l'autre partie du centre-ville est accessible en bus).

Sehr behelfsmässiges hostel etwas ausserhalb. Das team ist jung und unkompliziert. Die betten sind etwas eng und die kleider waren nach dem waschen nicht ganz trocken, ausserdem kostet waschen und trocknen 10 euro was ich etwas viel finde. Trozdem alles in allem super.

Got stuck outside and slept in the street as they forgot to provide the code number to enter in the night and nobody ansewered to my calls (apparently they simply leave in the night and nobody is available in case of emergency). The room was tightly packed with people with an horrible noisy fan. The location is not ideal as well. Help yourself as they say!

War sehr gut, zu fuß leider schlecht erreichbar, aber der Bus fährt in der Nähe. Küche war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

The location is a little boring but it’s pretty there and the checkout starts at 11 which is ridiculously late, but everything lease was fun and perfect it was super clean too.
