泊まった初日にBedbugに噛まれた。。。

había chinches en la habitación, nos dieron una llave de menos y nos la cobraron luego cuando no las recibimos en ningún momento.

Bichos en las habitaciones, nos picaron chinches, baños muy pequeños (duchas) y el desayuno muy precario

The bed was infested with bedbugs, the cleaning personeel did not put so many attention to it and I wanted to make a room change, which at the end I did not take because of the possibility of experiencing the same thing in other room. Also, the reception staff was sleeping during the night and I had to wait almost a hour outside while me and other guest were trying to catch the attention of the staff through a window.

We found bedbugs crawling on our sheets and the linens in our room had not been cleaned between guests.

The drinks were expensive at the bar, the room is air conditioned but it doesn’t work, it’s so hot. But the worst thing was I got bed bugs all over my back and side, and when I contacted them about this issue they completely ignored me! Also, it says central but it’s not, you are pretty far away from the bars/restaurants up a small side road.

Overall nice place to stay but i had bedbugs and i was bitten 20times on one leg and the rest of my body like 15other bites ... The showers were a bit unclean

Planned on staying 2 nights and the first night I found bed bugs in my bed, when I went down to the front desk they moved us to another room for the night but wanted us to go back to the orignal room for the second night, which is absoulty disgusting becuase to properly get rid of bed bugs you need to fumigate the room and I can for sure tell you they werent planning on doing that!! The lady who worked at the front desk was not apologetic or seemed like she even cared about the situation which is also very rude. Would not go back and dont recommend staying there.

At first the hostel looked good and clean, but the cleaning is poor. I found bedbugs, room 1 super noisy you hear even when people are talking. It took less than 10 mins for the cleaning staff to clean a 4 people room. Not coming back :(
