Banchan Hostel Ayutthaya

Great location, facilities, social scene and clean toilets. Host doesn’t speak english so a little difficult. Unfortunately the whole room had bed bugs (4 bed dorm upstairs). We were swiftly moved to a spare private room at 1am. Disappointed they didn’t offer to help or pay to clean all my clothes and bags that were infected. Now dealing with bite marks and the aftermath.

The location is so good, it's super close to all the attractions. The house itself is very authentic and the staff are so friendly. There were bedbugs. We only noticed on our last night when we were covered in bits and red spots. The toilet doesn't have a lock, so you just close the door and hope no one will wake in on you.. but again this didn't bother me since I was focused way more on the bedbug situation

Except for the bed bugs, everything else is okay. I was bitten by bed bugs, killed three of them with my bare hands, stayed up all night, and ended up sleeping on the floor for a while.

The place looks really nice They have bedbug’s and when I wanted to check out early because of it I didn’t get any money back
