It's close the the main district ( street) , so if you're a light sleeper this might be an issue. The pillows and duvets definitely need to be replaced with the new ones. There were some long term tenants - young working boys- in the same room - so, their late returns from work were quite disturbing and noisy ( unpacking, packing, ins and outs from the room till after midnight ). Unfortunately, there were bed bugs . The staff promised to take care of it, but since I’m bitten quite a lot - I cannot not mention it.

① I stayed on August 5th and 6th. At night, my whole body was itchy, and when I checked the bed, there was a bedbug. The sheets also had bedbug droppings. It was supposed to be 3 nights but I decided to go to another hostel and the staff apologized to me and offered an apology money. I think the response is very good. ②I ordered laundry (cheap at 70UAH) and received it when I checked out. When I checked that evening, my two towels were missing, so I contacted the hostel. I got a reply right away and said we would look for it, but after that there was no contact for 2 hours. Does it take that long to find towels from the hostel laundry? After that I went to the hostel and told the staff to find my laundry and it was found. ③ As a result, the hostel here was comfortable with a large kitchen and a balcony where you can smoke, but now there are bed bugs, so you shouldn't stay. There are many hostels in the same price range in Lviv.
