Avoid at all costs. Run down vibes, rooms are dirty and reek of sweat and feet. Showers and toilets barely work and are also not cleaned at all. The so-called included breakfast felt like food left over at a college bachelor frat house. I had a few nights booked but left after one sleepless night. Guests are shown to their room at 4am, opening curtains, etc. The vibe feels uncomfortable and unsafe (especially for women!! Most guests were old men and the staff was making inappropriate jokes)

the only positive about this hostel was the location and staff. my dorm spelt absolutely horrid, and i would not go into the room until it was absolutely necessary to sleep. it was musty and has minimal ventilation. there were 2 washrooms that were shared between 2 full dorms, and also no where (as a women) to feel comfortable to change/shower. very close to the beach, and breakfast was standard

The staff was nice but the toilets/showers were pretty bad and the dorm room didn't have a screen on the window so got bit by mosquitos even before I finished putting my bags down. Toilet paper wasn't refilled at shift change and the wifi didn't work in the dorms.

Mala experiencia. El hostal está en mal estado, algo sucio y lleno de humedad. No dan sábana para la cama (primer hostal en que me encuentro esto, y he estado en muchos y más baratos). Los lockers son demasiado pequeños para equipaje (solo caben mochilas de 30l como máximo). El personal es poco atento, normalmente charlando con amigos/as en recepción. Estuve solo una noche, de paso, y ni así repetiría. Lo único bueno es que está cerca de la estación ADO y el ferry a Cozumel.

Muy mal porque en la aplicación me dejó reservar y el chico de la recepción no permitió pasar y me quedé afuera siento muy tarde, donde no me cobraron la habitación pero si un 10% de la reserva sin haberme hospedado, muy mala experiencia

Hostel à éviter on a eu des punaises de lits et on ne nous a pas prévenu on s’en ai rendu compte le deuxième jours toutes les affaires sont bonnes pour le pressing. D’autant plus que nous n’avons était remboursé qu’à 40% du prix total de la réservation. En plus des punaise de lits la cuisine est sale et des ratons laveurs s’y balade. Bref n’y allée pas!

El lugar estaba sucio cuando llegué, el cuarto olía mal y era muy oscuro, las sábanas estaban manchadas, los casilleros eran súper pequeños. Los baños(sólo 2) también estaban sucios, las puertas de los baños se abrían fácilmente desde afuera. Las duchas no tenían puertas sino cortinas (0 privacidad) Pro: el chico de recepción fué muy amable.

terrible lugar ... no es nada de lo qie muestran en las imágenes, elclugar muy sucio y decepcionante pues ni siquiera podrias considerarlo una habitación... el personal desafortunadamente no es mejor, el encargado no nos ayudo en nada cuando solicitamos la cancelación además de que tristemente es una persona de argentina muy racista quien nos insulto y al final solo dijo lo siento se quedan o se van sin devolución es la unica opción. ... triste que trabajen personas asi

No se dejen engañar por el desayuno, lo unico que sirven es pan tostado con nutella y cereales!! Las habitaciones compartidas son una cueva y muy incomodas si llevas varias cosas!!

Stayed here before. The breakfast is terrible. I got bit by a bed bug at night. So overall bad experience. And the room was too warm

Nicht buchen!!! Wir hatten ein privates Zimmer mit einem geteilten Bad. Das Zimmer war simpel, aber ok eingerichtet. Das geteilte Badezimmer war super ekelhaft - man kann die Toiletten nicht abschließen, die Duschen funktionieren nur manchmal und es wird so gut wie nie geputzt. Die Küche ist komplett runtergekommen und die einzige Möglichkeit zu kühlen ist ein Gefrierschrank, der auch nie geputzt wird. Komisches Personal + dauerhafte, unhygienische Gäste, die einen ansprechen…:

Las habitaciones privadas son muy buenas, muy céntrico. Jenny de recepción siempre es un amor y muy atenta.

I didn’t have the best stay at this hostel. Unfortunately it feels very rundown. WiFi didn’t work in the rooms. Toilets and showers are filthy, the charging ports didn’t fit my charger. Toilets doors didn’t lock and when I flushed the toilet feces splashed on me. The shower door cover was broken. The lockers in the room lock. The only saving grace of this hotel is it’s in a good location and the rooftop was relaxing. With a few renovations and love this hostel could be really nice.

The place needs some minor repairs, but overall it's very clean, has a pleasant atmosphere, and is very well located.

Stains on everything from towels, beds, sheets, walls, furniture etc. Washrooms are terrible. one toilet works barely, showers with no hot water. Washrooms are small and hard to use or move around.

This hostel was amazing value for the money. The staff were welcoming and incredibly responsive to any needs. The basics were all there—everything I needed was provided. But what really stood out was the atmosphere: I genuinely felt like part of an extended family. During my nearly month-long stay, I was surrounded by wonderful people who made the experience special. The combination of comfort, community, and affordability makes this a standout choice for anyone visiting Mexico.

Nous avons prit une chambre qui était correct mais qui ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé le personnel à tout de suite trouvé une solution, l’ambiance n’est pas très au rendez-vous, si vous cherchez des jeunes ce n’est pas le bon établissement, les douches communes ne sont pas très agréables, petites, juste niveau propreté, de même pour les toilettes. L’établissement est bien placé

Need to upgrade de terrasse and the atmosphere but I like the flexibility of the management.

Personnel gentil, Dortoirs mixtes vétustes. 1 prise arrondie au niveau du lit impossible de brancher. fenêtre à rideaux à volets cassés au dessus de mon lit, plein de poussière et laisse passer le jour. Pas de lumière personnelle, pas d’étagère, literie vraiment pas top, très poussiéreux. Douches pas pratique, aucun portant, une porte sur 2 à moitié cassé. Coin lavado degeulasse, miroirs cassés. Petit dej, pain non décongelé attendre 30 min qu’il décongèle, je n’ai final...

The hostel is very well located and it’s easy to connect with other people. Especially Jus and Lupita made me feel very comfortable and homely. Had an amazing Time there.

Maravilloso recibimiento! El personal siempre muy amable y atento. Solo que una noche, alguien entro a nuestra habitación (grupo familiar) e inmediatamente salió. Creo que quizá estaba algo tomado(a). Se avisó en recepción e inmediatamente nos dieron ayuda. Si van a cocinar en el hostal, etiqueten sus productos, ya que nos sacaron algunas cosas.

hostel très rustique, la chambre(dortoir) reste correct, cependant casier petit. au niveau des sanitaires, toilettes ok,mais lavabo et douches à revoir, sans eau chaude et installation pas terrible. A noter, le personnel agréable et un bon petit dejeuner
