+ 朝ごはんのテラスの景色が最高だった。

- とにかくWi-Fiがつながらない。しょっちゅう、切れる。再接続の連続。ストレスがたまる。

+ The hotel is quite well located. Other guests mention the roof terrace, and this is indeed very nice. Breakfast was okay too

- The hotel is more like a student hostel, with no real reception, stone staircases, poky bedrooms with uncomfortable beds. And we were charged 10 dollars just to replace a plastic swipe key that we lost for our bedroom.

- No les recomiendo las Habitaciones que están en la parte de abajo en seguida de recepción, las mayoría de personas que toman el tour salen tipo 3 de la mañana y hacen mucha bulla ya que la habitación da hacia el patio central, en la mañana las personas del segundo piso se escucha muy fuerte las pisadas y no puedes descasar bien. Yo llegue a la 1 de la mañana y a las 3 o 4 de la mañana estaban haciendo ruido y es algo que dura hasta las 09:00 am ya que todos después se van y queda en calma no pude descansar bien

+ a 10 minute walk from the main square, comfy beds, good hot shower, didn't have breakfast here, in fact our stay here was all good until it was time to leave, and then it took a turn for the worse....

- I had arranged with the host that we would paying for one and half nights so we could have a late check out. We paid when we checked in, but it turns out we had not been charged for the half night, we hadn't noticed, so when we got back much delayed from a trip to colca canyon, we were in very real danger of missing check in for our next flight, the traffic was crazy and I was getting frantic, we packed in 5 mins flat, only to have the host try to hold our suitcases to ransom when we really needed to just go! There was no need for that. She had my credit card details. Suggest she gets her staff to charge correctly in the first place. Left a very bad taste in the mouth when I was already stressed. Caught the plane only thanks to a kamikaze taxi driver!

- 滞在中に途中で部屋が変わったのですが、後の部屋はシャワーや洗面台で水がほとんど出ず、お湯しかありませんでした。 このため温度の調整ができず、熱すぎて困ることがたびたびありました。

+ Personeli çok iyiydi. Dışarıyla otelin içi arasında çok büyük fark var. Terası çok iyi

+ We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit hotel. Het is klein en gemoedelijk. Het ligt helaas aan een drukke straat maar bijna het hele centrum van Arequipa heeft vrij veel verkeer. In het hotel hoor je hier niet veel van. Het personeel is echt geweldig! Zij hebben ons o.a. geholpen met taxi's, bustickets, restaurant tips en overnachtingen in de Colca Canyon. Het ontbijt is op het dakterras en is heel goed. Vooral de pannenkoekjes waren erg lekker en luchtig. De wifi is goed. Je moet alleen opletten waar je bent. Boven en beneden zijn verschillende wifi punten. Alle ruimtes zijn mooi schoon en dit wordt iedere dag bijgehouden.

- De hotelkamers beneden hadden alleen kleine ramen naar de gang die in verbinding stond met de patio. Omdat iedereen daarlangs loopt moesten we de gordijnen gesloten houden. We misten in de kamer daardoor een uitzicht. De kamers boven hebben wel ramen die uitkijken op het dakterras of de stad.

+ El desayuno agradable y variado, el Hostal está muy cerca a la Catedral de la ciudad; zona tranquila. El personal es muy amable y atento; preguntando siempre si necesitamos algo.

- Brindar la cuenta bancaria indicada,si se va a pagar dólares, entonces brindar la cuenta bancaria en dólares.

+ La ubicación muy buena. La limpieza excelente. Rico desayuno en la terraza con vista hermosa a los volcanes.

+ Wir konnten schon früh morgens einchecken und nach dem Nachtbus etwas schlafen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war super und sowieso ist die ganze Anlage wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

+ Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Vista sul vulcano Misti dalla nostra camera, colazione abbondante, tè e dispenser di acqua sempre disponibili nel salotto. I gestori sono persone davvero carine Colazione con molta scelta tra cui uova, pancake, pane burro e marmellata, frutta.. Il tutto su una terrazza magnifica. È disponibile inoltre un frigo bar sul terrazzo.

+ A 10 mn à pieds de la place d’armes Hôtel très bien tenu , très propre , lits confortables . Petit dej copieux sur le rooftop avec une vue extraordinaire Eau et maté de coca en libre service Personnel très accueillant , aux petits soins Nous avons même eu une collation pour le matin où nous partions en excursion à 3h du matin . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour
