Viajero Bogota Hostel & Spa

The rooms had a LOT of mould in them, most the staff was very rude when we needed them, lots of mixups on their side, facilities were lots of the times broken (washing machine, toilets, toiletpaper dispensers etc). Very bad experience over here. It’s better to get a hostel elsewhere

Venía del Viajero S Marta misma hab siempre impecable. Acá sucias, es mas después pensé q mis sábanas habian sido usadas. Reclame porq por mi sabana caminaban unos bichos muy pequeños amarillos y rápidos.. como arañas... El dia 1 q llegue a las 15.00 la hab estaba sucia y al otro dia no la hicieron, ni el baño. Era un asco. Aun permanezco en Bogota..pero no quise seguir ahi y me cambie de hotel. Personal de recepción y barra muy amable. Emilio hizo mi tour y un 7!!!

Viajero Bogotá Hostel & Spa blatantly misleads customers. Their website and Hostelworld listed a massage and facial for 90,000 COP and spa plunge for 70,000 COP. In person, they tried to charge 360,000 COP just for the massage and 190,000 COP for the plunge—6x the advertised price. When I raised this, staff admitted the website hadn't been updated since February and refused to honor the listed prices. This was not a misunderstanding it was a ripoff. No apology, no compensation. Hostel in a very dodgy area. Not social either. I had to check out earlier due to these reasons and the receptionist said they will decide the next day if I can receive a refund. Then they would not respond to my messages, not even a “sorry you can’t receive a refund”.

The Hostel was Nice, but they have a pool but you are not allowed to go by yourself, it has 6 “rounds” and you go to a space and then there are some bubbles for your shoulder for example and you have to stay there three minutes and move to the next one. And one is just really cold water and you have to sit there for 10 minutes and wait. Why should I do this? And then I said I don’t want to and wanted just to the pool and I was not allowed because other people are coming 😅 there was Nobo...

Good stay however one of the staff members the male behind the counter with the moustache was the most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful guy I have ever come across. Needs to get taught a lesson in customer service cause he shouldn’t be at the front desk

Locatie is niet goed, is niet in veilige buurt. In de dorm “woonde” iemand wat best gek was. Al haar spullen lagen overal door de dorm heen

olor a cigarillos por las areas comunes, a pesar de las reglas. el baño de las habitaciones solo tiene ducha y inodoro, así qué hay qué lavarse las manos y el rostro frente a la cama, muy incómodo.la zona es muy peligrosa y por la tarde la recepción me aconsejó de pedir comida via rappi en vez de salir. una lástima.

My stay at the Viajero in Bogota was great. The place has so many fun activities throughout the week, so you can always have plans. I travel solo so this is great. The staff was really helpful, especially Julieth, Alejandro & Sarisda. I had to change multiple things about my reservation, multiple times and they helped me without any pushback. If you get a chance to meet them you will see what I mean. Nice, helpful, & chill staff members ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This was the first stay of my trip and being greeted by a smiley face and someone that speaks good english at 3am makes a huge difference and leaves a great first impression. Julieth thank you so much! You were so kind and helpful even if I had a thousand questions. The hostel is located near a university that had private security which made the general area feel safe as long as you ask the correct area to go to. The reception team were again very helpful with this.

La verdad una CHIMBA de equipo el de Viajero Bogotá, muy chimba todo en el bar con Alejo, las actividades muy parchadas con Emilio, el meet and drink muy entretenido con Cande, conocí nuevas frutas con Karol, y Mónica, la mejor liderando. en realidad un excelente equipo de trabajo, todos en general…increíbles, una experiencia súper, dan ganas de volver mil veces!

Cande y Alexa de recepción son unas persona muy lindas y atentas, hacen que tu estancia aqui sea espectacular.
