There was cockroaches all over my bag, and F**k that there was only cash. Transaction done showed me that there was something shady going on but mostly I was just disappointed by the roaches in the apartment.
Unless you’re desperate for some beach time, I would choose another place. We wanted to stay close to the airport before our flight, but it’s super expensive to get to the hotel zone (1300 pesos). Location is right on the beach and pool is nice. Kitchen is covered in ants. I wanted to heat up my tamale but the microwave smelled so bad with leftover food and someone’s hair on the plate. Clearly not cleaned. Beds and bathroom were fine.

Accueil désagréable. La chambre que j’ai réservé n’est pas de l’hôtel mais d’un particulier! J’ai du attendre un moment car forcément l’hôtel ne trouvais pas ma resa et personne ne m’avait prévenu de la situation! Équipe de restaurant très désagréable, voir agressif car je suis arrivée 4min avant l’ouverture du restaurant (je viens d’arriver je ne savais pas alors on se calme!) La serveuse se mouche en même temps qu’elle donne la carte, la food est médiocre et ...
The room I booked is not a hotel but a private one! I had to wait a moment because the hotel couldn't find my rent and no one had warned me of the situation! Restaurant staff very unpleasant, see aggressive because I arrived 4 minutes before the restaurant opened (I just arrived I didn't know so let's calm down!) The waitress flies at the same time she gives the card, the food is mediocre and very expensive.
It took two hours to be picked up from the airport, because she was supposed to pick us up from the family and friends lot, but was parked by the Hilton instead. Wi-Fi wasn't working. It's super far from everything. We should have stayed at Mayan Monkey instead.
Excellent location and beachview, however the aircon unit for next door is on its balcony so it sounded like a jet engine was going all night..
Es un hotel de apartamentos bastante cercano al aeropuerto en la zona hotelera de Cancun con un buen acceso a la playa y un restaurante bueno y adsequible
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war super! Cancún ist teurer und das war das einzige Hotel mit angemessenen Preisen. Pool, Bar und schön eingerichtete Zimmer im Cowboy-Look haben uns überzeugt!
Muy buena disposición de Rommel tuve una urgencia médica en la noche y su disponibilidad fue excelente,nos ayudó además guardado el equipaje !!

Eu amei essa hospedagem, mas preciso deixar claro que, casos eu objetivo seja ir andando até a parte central, talvez não seja o ideal. Porém, os transportes em Cancún são ótimos e o ônibus para na frente do local. A equipe foi super atenciosa comigo, a estrutura é muito boa e o condomínio melhor ainda - com piscina, cadeira na praia e muito mais. Com certeza amaria voltar!
I loved this accommodation, but I must make it clear that, in cases where my goal is to walk to the central part, maybe it is not ideal. however, the transport in Cancun is great and the bus stops in front of the place. the team was super attentive to me, the structure is very good and the condo is even better - with pool, beach chair and much more. i would definitely love to come back!

Estancia muy tranquila mucha vigilancia, habitación cómoda y limpia playa bonita y alberca limpia, personal amable, hay equilibrio entre lo que pagas y lo que recibes...seguro volveré muchas gracias por su apoyo y disposición al Sr. Valdemar
Very quiet accommodation with lots of surveillance, comfortable and clean room nice beach and pool clean, friendly staff, there is a balance between what you pay and what you get... sure I will return many thanks for your support and disposition to Mr. Valdemar

What a great place, amazing location. The beach is so beautiful, pool very nice. The place is so cute and has fridge, microwave and housekeeping. The bus will pick you up right in front of the property and take you all along hotel zone for 1 peso. The on site restaurant had great drinks but food was meh. But you could easily get to any of the restaurants near by. Lovely place for the price I was very impressed l. Thank you

Excelente habitación la recomiendo mucho referente al alojamiento y sus elementos de cocina y baño. Recomendaciones 1) en el primer piso hay una agencia de tour lo recomiendo demasiado , hablen con el señor Enrique atiende muy bien a los colombianos 👏 especialmente el plan de lancha rápida por la bahía (muy bueno y divertido ) Críticas 1) El personal del bar muy grosero quieren obligarte a darles propina del 10% como si fuera obligación . 2) los baños de la piscina muy mal as...
